Parking: the lot is in complete disrepair as the ground had never been properly readied for the parking lot to be lain as noticable in the huge sunken areas of the lot

EVERY time I order from this location they always put cheese on my hamburger and give me no ranch for spicy nuggets or they give me regular nuggets it’s been months the employees are rude it takes 30 min to get ur food or even order sometimes through the drive thru worst Wendy’s location I’ve ever dealt with!

I am a door dasher and not once but 2 times I have seen a employee with no gloves eating fries directly from holder for the fries. This is gross 🤮 I don't recommed eating here

Wendy’s has gotten so bad every time you go there they make you pull forward or into a parking spot while cars are backed up for 10 min or more. Not to mention you spend the whole time waiting and the food is horrible and over cooked fry’s are old nuggets are so dry you can’t eat them. Why is it so complicated to cook frozen food? Do they not have a system implemented to get meals out on time? Or do the employees and owner just not care about service. It definitely doesn’t seem like a short staff issue because every time there is at least 5-6 employees there. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I had to ask for my drinks then I had to ask for my straws. I ordered a baconator. They gave me a son of baconator . The burger was way over cooked. The patties were dry burnt and hard. The bacon was over cooked. I drove all the way across town cause I was craving a baconator and the one I got didn't even have any flavor cause it was so over cooked. So disappointed. I feel like I just wasted my money and should of just went somewhere else

The food was , well what you'd expect when getting fast food. Might change the fry oil more often. Atmosphere wise, people are always nice at first but what i noticed was if you have anything visually going on with you. Employees tend to look,laugh, and whisper about you or others. Makes it little uncomfortable

Its Wendy's. We went through the drive through. I got a burger and fries. Fries were soggy, as usual. I also got the strawberry lemonade which was the best part of the whole meal. All in all, it was a good visit. The wait before ordering was a bit long since it was after 2:00 pm and only one person was ahead of me. She wasn't happy and was then rude to the window server. Some folks just don't have any patience.
