This place is horrible. First time we went few days ago and stood at the register for 15 minutes and nobody helped us. We walked out. Second time we went and it took over 30 minutes for our food. Place is very small. The wings were dry and they had absolutely no flavor. We got Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian and Cajun Rub. Worst wings we have ever had.

Been here twice both times the wings were not sauces, greasy and get soggy. Multiple times my order was not correct. I was excited about a wing stop here in Montrose, but for this service and food I’ll continue to drive to grand junction. Made a complaint after spending $60 dollars and no communication from a manager or owner since. At least when I have an issue with the location in grand junction the owner reached out to me. So sad to see a new business already showing this sort of inconsistency at such an early stage.

I waited for my food for almost 2 hours , when I first got there.. there was chicken on the floor , they were touching their faces then touched my veggies. Absolutely rude and no customer service. I saw 15 people walk out pissed and upset that there food wasn’t ready. Oh also they were making food for people who weren’t there , their food sat on that shelf for over 45 minutes!!! They are asking for our community to get salmonella. My fries were thrown at me and oh wait can’t forget that I have to wait over an hour and half but the manger on shift with the bread and no hair net can go get a drink and sit around. If they would’ve hired me it would not be ran like that at all. First impressions are everything in Montrose and it’s sad to see such a good food place go down cause people don’t know how to work or do their job right . Customers should always leave happy and pleased and I for sure didn’t! Get your act together!

I really hate to be that person and write something negative after only being open a few days but I had the chance to stop by the new location today and I’m regretting it big time
after waiting an additional 10-15 minutes later to receive our food (app had said 20 minutes no biggie) we get our food place was packed heavily the people working were nice the place was small but it was all good. Until it wasn’t. Drove all the way home to delta and we noticed that some of the chicken was a little on the pinker side I didn’t notice anything till it was far to late but my girlfriend and I are both dealing with some serious food poisoning I’m not usually the type to even write reviews about anything but I’m at the verge of visiting the ER from how bad this food poisoning is I’m not sure if it’s due to the heavy traffic coming in that things are getting cross contaminated or rushed out but I have no idea this has been the worst decision ever and I won’t be coming back at all.

Ordered on the first day, staff was absolutely amazing and were very ambitious to learn and perform well and they did both. New stores and staff brings a challenge on the first days open and they exceeded more than I expected. Great job and look forward to many more stops at Wingstop.

Opening day! Everything you like about wingstop is there. Original hot is delicious and the fries slap! Be patient as they are all new but the food quality is the same as other locations.
