Some employees know how to make things right by recipe set by the designer and some choose to throw things together to just get done. After paying for our meal we get to the drink machine and a sign is posted "OUT OF ICE" if I was the manager I would have went to safeway next door and bought a couple bags and put them in the machine.

Went there Saturday for lunch. There was only 1 worker taking the orders, cooking, and drive through. Dine-in was closed. Took 30min to get our food, order was wrong, and food tasted stale and cold like it was sitting out a really long time.
I guess I have to give them one star. But honestly they deserve negative five stars. The worst service i've had at any arby's across the whole country. They don't want to let you set in the drive thru till you get your food. They make you pull around front and then forget about you. Stuck my food in some warmer fridge didn't even check. It was 5 Roast Beef sandwiches not like they had to cook a Burger. I don't even know why I had to wait. Save yourself the headache and just go to mcdonald's.

This is by far one of the cleanest, freshest fast food places I have ever been. Their roast beef is always sliced super thin and extremely moist and fresh. Their chicken is always right out of the fryer. I love this arbys.
I've been to many Arby's but by far this has been the best good food, staff that are quick and eont bother you and for once I didn't get food poisoning
