Love this place! The owners are wonderful people and really do a great job of raising the bar on the dining scene in Monument. Some of the consistently best food in town. I have had both breakfast and lunch here and the meals are big and fabulous! Most of the time I could split it w someone. Inside is tight on seating but they do have a nice outside patio.

The best gluten free bread I have ever had! The fries were all very good as well. The patio is comfortable and well shaded which was great since we just got done hiking with our dogs. You do have to go in to order and it is really pricy. Would be a good spot to go to occasionally, but would definitely go more frequently if the prices were better.

They refused to seat us and made us take our food to go while they personally seated and cleaned the tables for others that came in after us. Either racist, or just rude. Good old Black Forest Cafe will accept dogs but not brown people. Way to perpetuate racism in Monument. I was never treated this way at this establishment till I showed up with a brown man.

Whether it’s one of their signature German-inspired dishes or something from their broader menu, you can tell they’re using quality ingredients and real craftsmanship in the kitchen. Our favorite deli-cafe in the area! The food is exceptional and I'm always extremely full after we finish the entree/sandwich! Wish their hours were a little longer so we could order for dinner!
