Black Forest Cafe serves some of the BEST food in the entire southern Colorado region. The Mediterranean/European inspiration makes this spot so unique and with a menu that would be hard to find anywhere around. They use fresh, high quality ingredients that always show through in the flavors of the food. We eat here often and the dishes are always so consistent. It's also fantastic that they have hard to find grocery items like fresh eggs, bread, and unique foods as well....
Thought I'd give this place a try. It seems popular with a steady customer flow. Great food, I had a gyro salad. Friendly staff. However, the place is somewhat cluttered, and my view of the outdoor cooking area is not very appealing. It just needs to be cleaned up a bit. I'll be back...
