I've generally not been a fan of JJ's. I've found the meats to be of poor quality and the bread to be dry. None of that here! Really this is a 4 1/2 stars for the sandwich. The bread was very fresh, lightly brown on the outside, and very soft and a bit chewy (in a good way) on the inside. A nice sandwich roll!
The meats on the Billy Club were fresh and tasty, (Esp the roast beef) and all other ingredients were fresh. I asked for no mustard, mayo only, and got what I ordered. This is not what I've experienced at other locations. The employees were working hard for the lunch rush, but seemed to be putting sandwiches out quickly. There are only a few tables, so it's not much of a sit down place, but reasonably clean.
I appreciate that someone is monitoring reviews, and responding to them. But why ask EVERY single reviewer to ALSO go to a web site? We are reviewing on Google, where most people go to read reviews. I am not doing it twice.
Value was OK at $28 for two meals with chips, drinks and tax. I think I may be a convert, and will be back.
Parking: This whole strip mall is pretty squishy, and getting in and out is tight.

I will hesitate to order food from this location. Ordered 4 unwich sandwiches due to wheat allergy of those eating them. First, employee did not want to make all 4 as unwiches until I explained, there is a reason I ordered this way. Second, the paper is folded into the sandwich and we've each eaten paper as a result of this. Very unpleasant. Clearly they don't know how to roll these up without folding the paper into the roll up.

As a business owner I hate leaving 1 star reviews. But I placed an order online using Uber Eats well in advance. When I drove over to get it they canceled it minutes before my pickup time. The reason they canceled it said was they were too busy. But there was only 1 car in line?

No lettuce means no lettuce
Dont want no shredded lettuce it just falls out of of the sandwich and makes a mess.
So when I ask for bo lettu e i dont want to see starnds of lettuce on my sandwich just because ypu messed up makig it and put kettuce on and then tried with out sucess to take it off. What the heck!!

Thought this was a convenient location near my house when a quick meal was needed, but every time I go here it’s something else. Drive through closed, incorrect orders, the list goes on and on. Just today got a giant sandwich, waited for a long time (10 minutes for one sandwich, and no one else was even there) then it was wrong when I got home. Missing ingredients and they didn’t cut the sandwich when it was requested. Don’t go to this location I’ve given it a couple opportunities so you don’t have to.

Jimmy John's is just awful. It's amazing how such a large sandwich chain doesn't know how to make a sandwich? Your meats have no flavor and using French bread is a horrible idea. The bread is hard and when you bite into the sandwich it all ends up in your lap. Plus you pay $20.00 + for that horrible sandwich. I've given JJs 3 chances and everytime I ask myself "why?". No more, I will just go to the store and make my own.

My house is 6 minutes from the store, I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my delivery.
Orders are constantly wrong. Ordered a turkey sandwich and got a tuna sandwich.
Gave them another shot. Not much on the sandwich. Bread is dry and hard. Not going back to this location. The lettuce on the unwich is brown and slimy.
