Idk what is going on in this place but they gave me the wrong order 3 times in the same visit and the only reason it probably wasn’t wrong the 4th time is because I just took the food and left.

Ordered 2 expensive regular subs with avocado. They didn't put on avocado. There were only 2 very thin slices of turkey on a $12 sub. Staff wasn't helpful, but added the avocado after I brought back. Poor value and service.

Awful location. No french bread available and they tried to give us a sandwich on a piece of sliced bread. Flies were everywhere. Half of the staff was sitting at the booth eating lunch and being passive aggressive trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible so they could go back to doing nothing.

By far the worst Jimmie John’s there is. The consistently mess up orders and no longer have there own delivery drivers. I live about 10 minutes from the and it took over 90 minutes to get a sandwich. The owner/manager should probably look for a new line of work if they can’t provide adequate service

This location literally never gets it right, they prolly owe me $30 in customizations they simply don't add, I ask for simple things like my sandwich to be cut in half, to add napkins and the guacamole I PAYED FOR! I never get anything I customize on my order. ive called and all they can do is ask me to come in and reorder my sandwich. It's not hard to just give me what's on my receipt. The manager should be fired. I will not be going here anymore there are nicer local businesses in town.

Came in tonight for a quick dinner on the go. Staff were friendly and let me know about deals going on. Got my sandwich quickly and the free combo since it was evening.
