This place is entirely ran by lazy, rude and careless teenagers. Every time I come here I wait a ridiculous amount of time and everyone in the back is goofy off and laughing like there isn’t any urgency or professionalism at all. I get its sandwiches, probably their first jobs, but customer impact is important and these kids leave a terrible impression every time. Sandwiches are always sloppy too and different every time. And pretty consistently gross. Go somewhere else

DO NOT GO to Jimmy John’s in Monument. My husband just wasted an entire HOUR of his life in the drive thru line. He got blocked in, couldn’t get out, his order was never taken at the order point and when he could finally get past the window the workers were inside laughing. 1 car in the parking lot and no customers inside. I called and they said they were backed up. BAD AND NOT FREAKY FAST!

Went through the drive through, unfamiliar with this chain. Apparently it was an UNFORGIVABLE ERROR that I didn't know the sandwich I wanted already had lettuce because when I asked for lettuce it was met with only a huge dose of rudeness! My my! So so rude was this woman! Guess I will REMAIN not an expert on their sandwiches, because with the inexplicable rudeness on the side... I'm not that hungry!

3 VERY thin slices of lunch meat… 3?!? And can you space some lettuce? When I opened the wrapping it looked as though it was just bread. That is how LITTLE there was that made up the sandwich. Every bite was disappointing. I didn’t open it until I was miles away.

Every time I want to grab a sandwich, this place never ceases to make me never want to return. Perfect example today: order at 3:21 for delivery, get a call at 3:51 that there no delivery driver until 4:00. So I go there to pick up my order at 4:00 and it’s not ready but I get to wait in line for 10 min and 10 more min for my order. The place needs an adult. I’m done here for at least 6 months.
