I don’t love that the food is almost always old tasting the only time I get actual “fresh” food is if I ask for it and even then it’s a 50/50 gamble. On top of that the hours online not being accurate to the actual time frame of when it’s open vs closed.

The person taking our order was also on the phone, giggling....our order was messed up. And, the sandwiches and fries were 'room temperature'. We're visiting the city. Not a good first impression.

I come to this McDonald's on a regular basis. Posting this as a thank you to the staff for consistently having fresh fries! and a fresh meal. The restaurant is always clean and enjoyable to hang out and eat, and relax.

The fries were good, but the hamburger patties had way way way way too much salt in them! I had a hard time finishing my burger due to the incredibly heavy salted hamburger patties.

We rarely eat McDonald's, most times I feel the staff isn't very respectful, tonight Hayden changed that. Very respectful and great customer service!! He deserves a raise or a bonus!

This McDonald is a joke. Sad how it’s the only one in town, unless you go to the one on Baptist. ALWAYS forgetting sauces for nuggets, not paying attention to special orders, forgetting certain items when your order is for a family of 4, ect. This McDonald use to be great, now it’s a dumpster fire.
The manager had an attitude when I simply and respectfully asked for a fresh fry. Don't tell me to go to a link or to contact you for more information. I told you literally everything you need to know. Make it right by making service better. Nothing I ordered was fresh. It seems as if employees are mad about their little wages so they take it out on the preparation of the food which is already barely food.

They forgot my fries. I gave them the order # instead they want to fight with me. Check your cameras and dont forget to be profesional and get the order right the first time. About 9:30pm wed.(9/3/25) Whos the manager at that time. 6$ meal icecream and mcdouble. - good thing my kid was already asleep otherwise i would of been pissed!
