The manager Joseph was absolutely awesome at helping us when we ordered delivery and it wasn’t delivered by DoorDash. He communicated with us and DoorDash through the whole process and made sure we got our food. Thank you for the great service!

The manager was super helpful! Our apartment building is a bit tricky to get to, and Door Dash is their main delivery service. Door Dash said they delivered our order, but it never showed up. The manager was awesome and reached out to Door Dash on our behalf. They remade the order and asked the driver to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Overall, it was a great customer experience! Absolutely horrible and unprofessional staff. I placed an order with them over an hour before closing time and the entire time I was getting updates that my order was on the way. Was taking a super long time so I called the restaurant just for them to say they cancelled the order. Not my fault their staff has incredibly poor time management skills that they can’t prepare two pizzas in more than an hour. ORDER FROM DOMINOS AND SAVE YOUR TIME.

Ordered pizza and sides for dinner. It arrived cold and didn’t taste like I recall Papa Johns pizza tasting. The driver was rude as well. I get that delivering pizzas is not always fun, I did this exact job in college. But I don’t appreciate being treated that way. I will not be ordering from this location again. I wanted to leave a review for the driver separately, but I wasn’t given the option to review once my order was delivered.

Shaq, your pizza sucks! We have our "go to" local pizza place, but decided to try one of the OG's of the pizza delivery game. We were sorry we did. I will say that the ordering and delivery process was easy. The online app is good, and we got lots of updates during the delivery. Nice.
Everything was downhill from there. We bought a Works with the usual meats and veggies, with a promise of "spicy Italian sausage". Not sure where they get it from, but it was some of the most flavor free sausage we've ever eaten. And same with the rest of the toppings - bland, bland, bland. We expect fatty, rich, salty meats that need crisp, juicy flavorful veggies to counterbalance. None of that, for either the meats or the veggies. Every ingredient is completely lacking in flavor and texture. We also ordered extra cheese, and were disappointed there as well.
The flavor of the sauce and crust do come through. But not in a good way. The sauce tastes like cheap jar spagetti sauce, and the crust is sweet - not what we're looking for at all. Further, they cook it at too low a temperature and for too long, so the cheese is brown (when it shouldn't be) and the crust bottom is soft and white. (when IT shouldn't be) We want some crispiness to the bottom and edges of the crust with a nice chewiness in the middle.
The 2nd choice was the Tuscan 6 Cheese. We expected gooey cheesey goodness, and what we got again was - bland. Not enough cheese, and NOT fresh tasting. "Real cheese made from mozzarella" should be chewy and stringy - nope. They advertise they finish it with "classic Italian seasoning". If it was there it was hiding, and added nothing.
I realize that Papa John's is a huge operation, and the franchisee's have to follow the company recipe, ingredients list and cooking process. If that is indeed the case here, then it's shocking they ever sell more than one pizza per customer. This was truly the worst pizza we've had in many years, and we eat a LOT of pizza.
To add insult to injury, it was expensive! Over $60 for two large pizzas, including tax and delivery. Our (much better) local pizza place charges about the same for 5 star pizza. So a crappy product, that is far too expensive. We will never be back. Sorry Shaq, you should endorse better products.
