The staff are lovely, and the managers are helpful and kind. The drivers are very quick grabbing orders and the whole time the staff were communicating with each other clearly and politely. The pizza had a perfect amount of cheese and the lobby was comfortable and clean. It's very clear the employees work hard and are good friends, which makes for a great atmosphere. The employees were just absolute pleasures to be around. Highly recommend going in person for great treatment

The order taker couldn’t speak English. The credit card taker was in based in Kentucky and couldn’t take my number. And when I wanted to cancel the order I was taken to a customer service center in god knows where that couldn’t find the order. I will never do business there again

Called to place an order. They don't even answer the phone anymore. Now I've downgraded them to a 1 star. If that means anything 😆.
I called in and asked the their $10 deal and the kid doesn't know what I'm talking about. But when I get there it's on the dam window and menu! The lady who gave me the pizza gave me a discount though. so she was nice but then later I realized they forgot the dam pepperoni!! It wasn't even busy and they had 4 people!

Absolute trash. This place is unbelievable. Ordered delivery. Never came. They use door dash. Door dash claims ZERO responsibility for anything. They directed me to the actual Papa John’s store. They kept hanging up on our calls. Had to drive there to talk to a “manager” who was more interested in talking to their buddy at the counter. This whole experience was laughable. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was THAT BAD. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

The manager Joseph was absolutely awesome at helping us when we ordered delivery and it wasn’t delivered by DoorDash. He communicated with us and DoorDash through the whole process and made sure we got our food. Thank you for the great service!

The manager was super helpful! Our apartment building is a bit tricky to get to, and Door Dash is their main delivery service. Door Dash said they delivered our order, but it never showed up. The manager was awesome and reached out to Door Dash on our behalf. They remade the order and asked the driver to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Overall, it was a great customer experience! Thanks you!
Absolutely horrible and unprofessional staff. I placed an order with them over an hour before closing time and the entire time I was getting updates that my order was on the way. Was taking a super long time so I called the restaurant just for them to say they cancelled the order. Not my fault their staff has incredibly poor time management skills that they can’t prepare two pizzas in more than an hour. ORDER FROM DOMINOS AND SAVE YOUR TIME.
