Manners are free...use them! What horrible customer service and in your face idgaf attitude from staff working the evening of 4/4/24. It's not the short staffing situation which was the issue, every company in the world has this issue, some more often than others. Waiting 30 minutes in the store (with 7 other customers and delivery companies) was not an issue either. It's the lack of acknowledging that there is a customer in your store. Not one time was eye contact made or a greeting given to any customer. Life is too expensive for the basics to be missing

This location used to be timely. Today we called after the order was 30min late to learn they were waiting on Door Dash to deliver to us! They are no longer in control of their delivery times. We cancelled the order and will not use them again.

Good food, fast service. We live less than 10 minutes away & they don’t deliver to our house.
We just got 2 pizzas and an order of bread delivered and nothing is cut.. how does someone miss slicing an entire order? May not seem like a lot but it's a inconvenience for sure. Get it together

ordered the pairing, two items for $6.99. and some dipping sauces. aAfter taxes and the $5 delivery fee not including tip it's up to $25. it was then delivered by door dash who also wanted a tip and the extra dipping sauces were nowhere to be found. After calling them they can't refund the missing items but they'll give a credit for next time. Sorry, there will be no next time, the pizza tasted like shite. Done with this location.

Love their pizza. They aren't doing pickups in Monument any more. Had them deliver to Palmer Lake Park where we were hanging with friends and they didn't follow my request to have the delivery person call me to connect. Found him walking down the street away from the park. Took 1/2 hour longer to deliver than they originally said too.
I've been ordering Papa Johns since I was in college in the mid 90s. Currently live on the North side of Colorado Springs and this is the store that always delivers to our house. They aren't perfect, but I hopped on here to give a shout out to the manager of the store and his customer service. Every single time there has been a hiccup, Shane has made things right. He is always welcoming of feedback and will promptly address any concerns that anyone may have, and for that I am truly appreciative.

This is the absolute worst business I’ve ever had experience with. On multiple occasions they’ve delivered our pizza to the wrong house (our neighbors, who are never home), so they just leave the pizza out their porch. Usually by the time we realize it says it’s been delivered and we drive over to collect it, it’s already cold from sitting out there. It happened again tonight. I had the (dis)pleasure of speaking with Dominic who told me it was in our best interest to stop ordering pizza from them because they couldn’t deliver it to the right house. As a business owner I would be furious if I had an employee accepting this level of incompetence. I will be calling on Friday to speak to the general manager. But buyer beware not only is this location completely incompetent they’d rather lose business than correct it!!

Please go to Dominoes. Something is seriously wrong with this branch. I ordered pizza and over 100 min later it arrives cold, flipped over, with the ranch packet opened and spilled everywhere. I called the store and they told me doordash delivered it so there’s nothing they can do except for me to call door dash and get a refund through them??? What??? I complain to manager that I did not give any permission for that exchange to take place, my business was with papa John’s alone. Manager says this situation is above MY pay grade… like what??? I called door dash and they never refunded me. Please don’t go here. It’d be better for everyone if this branch closes so something better can be opened instead.
