We ordered take out. The spring rolls are totally boring and tasteless, the wrap smelled old, and àll that was inside was rice noodles, shredded lettuce, and a shrimp cut in half. The peanut sauce was rehydrated and thin and wouldn't stick to the food. Just dripped off. The roll could have benefited from cilantro, marinated carrots, green onions, something with flavor. I also ordered the satay lettuce wrap. The warm meat was put in the to-go container on top of the lettuce, which by the time you get that home is a mushy mess that you can't use to roll the meat in. The meat itself was in a sweet marinade. It was topped with flavorful marinated carrots and a few bits of cilantro which were helpful in improving flavor. No satay sauce came with this item. It would have benefited from having the lettuce in a separate to go container so that it was still cold and crispy by the time you get it home so that you can really wrap the meat in lettuce. My husband got bun with pork fried egg roll on rice noodles with the lemon grass sauce. He said it was a little bland but fine. Service was friendly and fast. There was one other person there getting take out. No customers in the restaurant other than that. Friday night at 6 p.m. They are going to have to up their game. 3 items/$35 before tip.

I really like their pho. They have like four different types of broths. The staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the monument or Colorado Springs area.

If I could give ZERO I would.
Chairs were broken, the food was either burnt or looked like dog food. Food was very cold. Water tasted funky. Me and my friend were rushed to pay with only one bite of food taken. Music DEPRESSING. Lana del ray is not for Vietnamese it was uncomfortable. 40 dollars in 1’s back.

We came here for the first time and the food was delicious and the service was great. I can’t understand why this restaurant has a lot of bad reviews. I totally recommend it.

A Disappointing Experience with Management Shortcomings
I really wanted to like this place, especially since our server was so kind and tried her best. Unfortunately, several issues with food timing and order accuracy suggest a deeper problem with management.
Our drinks were significantly delayed, with my beer arriving almost 10 minutes before the others. This slow service continued with the food; I finished my meal before my son even received his egg rolls.
To make matters worse, my combo plate was missing shrimp entirely, and I suspect it was light on pork as well. When I brought it to their attention, they only provided two pieces of shrimp. My wife's meal was also unappetizing, and my daughter's egg rolls were completely forgotten.
While our server was incredibly polite and genuinely tried to make things right, it was clear the issues stemmed from the kitchen and overall operations. There appears to be a significant disconnect in the back of the house that management needs to address.
Lastly it was very hot in the restaurant and made it uncomfortable during the entire meal. Not worth the 120 dollars we spent. Won't be back.

Tavi is the owner and boy does she do a great job with all of her dishes! Last ordered it via Uber Eats when I was sick and it did the trick! Feel good food made with love 💕

The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was lovely. We enjoyed our meal here with our parents and kids. My favorite was the baked mussels. I had the Phở Đặc Biệt and my mother-in-law ordered the rice platter—both were excellent. We finished every bite! The crispy egg rolls were amazing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience dining here. The food was great! It is sometimes difficult to find good kimchi pho broth but this place delivered. It was a little expensive, but that's what you pay for quality food!
Our server, Henry, was a fantastic waiter. Very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Our interactions with the staff here definitely improved our experience!
I have been going to this place for a while and today is probably one of the most atrocious experiences, I probably ever had here. I don’t know who the guy was that was working in the front but clearly has mental issues and should not be working anywhere near a restaurant, if at all, he was very argumentative. Talked to me as if I was born yesterday and belittled me at any chance he got, he couldn’t leave me alone. I always had a good experience when the owner and the girls are there but the second time which was today I had to deal with this guy. It was a complete disaster. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business, for what they charged for me, they barely gave me anything very small portions. I was not happy at all but I had to eat. When I went to leave, I told him my opinion, and he waited till my back was turned and gave me a PSSSH! Sound as to indicate my opinion does not matter, and the customer is always wrong in this restaurant. I think I will never go there ever again. They just lost my business completely. This is the only Vietnamese restaurant besides Pho TJ in Brighton, I’ve had issues with employees. If I was the rest of you, I would not frequent this place anymore. It’s sad in this day and age that there are still restaurants that have employees that act like this. I am a Chef and worked in the restaurant industry for a very long time . This place was one of the disasters I have come across in my my life lifetime. I never go as far as writing a scathing review like this, but this is goes to show don’t piss your customers off ever.
