This place was everything I dreamed it would be and more. The burger was dangerously good. It changed my life. Onion rings are the best kind with a thin layer of batter. Almost tempura fried. Seasoned fries were impossible to stop eating. Can't wait to come back to try breakfast and like 10 other things I saw on the menu that looked delicious. Service was fantastic and it was very busy. Not only was the general customer service great with food that came out quickly but the servers were genuinely happy. Having fun while busting their butts. Bonus was I saw Mimi the manager right there in the trenches with the team. This place actually gave me new faith that even though most restaurants suck these days, there are still places like this that are crushing it. Tip of the cap to everyone here! I'll see you again very soon!

I had THE BEST cinnamon roll ive ever had in my life at Rubie's! I live in phoenix, some friends and I were road tripping around CO, and decided to stop in because Diners are always the best places to eat. We were not let down! The staff was wonderfully friendly, the environment was fun. And I sit here now eating this mediocre cinnamon roll, dreaming about Rosie's and the most perfect enormous cinnamon roll that ruined all others for me...I will have to come back one day!!!
Seriously, every bite was soft and perfect like the middle! And it was more than a whole meal! Id recommend splitting with a friend!

We stopped in here for a late lunch (still had breakfast food) and sat up at the bar area. Service was really great, they had very positive, helpful and friendly employees and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, stop by if your in Monument, CO.
