Starbucks

Stopped here on our way to visit family out of state, will not be coming back to this location. Ordered on the app, went through the drive thru to pick it up and the person misunderstood my name, then seemed to get upset when I said it again and they told us to drive around without clarifying they’d heard my name correctly. Got my drink and the message on the cup says “enjoy?” And there’s two holes in the sip top of the cup so it spilled all over me in the car. Not the best experience especially now having to spend hours in the car with coffee all over me. Very upsetting.

I am speechless. The Baristas at this Starbucks were on another level. Specifically Mori, but everyone else too - I just did not get their names, Such kindness and warmth and help...

I had not been to a Starbucks in many years. Largely, this is due to money; but with everything horrible that has happened this year, I wanted to make a little exception and take my kids in for a treat. I'm floored, literally crying tears of gratitude. I can't recommend this store enough, you won't regret it 🙏

Please do not go here. Ordered a breve got mocked for not ordering a breve latte then they put laxative in my coffee. Karma is thing to the little barista that works here you can’t out run it.

Serranos is better and across the street

I have a small dog that is very well behaved and quiet. I usually bring her in to order from Starbucks but I eat in the outdoor seating. No starbucks including this one has ever had an issue as long as I’m going to outdoor seating and not staying in restaurant. So today this short oriental girl comes up to me telling me I have to wait outside with my dog which is bothering no one by the way and she will bring my order out. Well she didn’t bring out my order and I had to come in and get it. The girl who handed out my drink was super nice and asked if I wanted a pup cup. That’s the type of service I’m used to. I got the vibe that she just wanted to control me because she was jealous im black and have Chanel purse. And if it is a policy that we can’t wait in the store with our pets it should be made clear by every employee not just a jealous bitter one. The only reason my review has three stars is the exemplary service from the other girl.

I won’t come back. Came in and sat down while I waited for someone to join me. A barista came over and gave me a coffee so his manager wouldn’t be upset we were using their table and not ordering. I planned on getting a coffee as soon as she arrived. Not only did he keep us from purchasing coffee, he showed us how unfriendly this Starbucks is.

It's a great place to kill time for my nearby oil change.

This location is full of sweet and kind partners who really make you feel welcomed. My drinks are always consistent and made with care.

Clean store and friendly staff. Got my order right!! Will be back..

Can make a pour over at the location, plus a drive thru! A+
