Ordered online. Neither sandwich was made per the order and they shorted us on cheese and meat. If you go into the store on a hot day they won't toast your sub. We have tried to like this subway but after half a dozen tries we are 100% finished with this location in Monument. Owners should be ashamed.

Had barely anything stocked. No tea, no turkey, no lettuce, no chicken, no sweet tea. Dude didn't wanna do anything, walked into the back mid order for seemingly no reason. Asked for a pre-made sandwich on the menu and he still made me make the whole sandwich like my words didn't even register. Go to the one on Baptist.

Me and my family went there, and we asked for 4-foot longs and the subway worker named Jayden made all 4 sandwiches within 5 minuets and me and my family loved our sandwiches if you ever see a worker named Jayden just know you're in good hands!!!!

I've been coming to this subway for years it's horrible to see it's downfall. I have gotten horrible sandwiches 5 times in a row every other week and I'm just disappointed. Now to only find out it's open 1 day a week now truly tragic.

ordered at 12:45 got it at 2. The wrong bread, burnt. Asked for light lettuce got 2 pieces. the bread seems like it has been sitting there for the past 4 weeks it crumbles so fast. They need more employees and need to keep their stuff stocked.

I have come by the store on Hwy 115 for 2 nights in a row. There is clearly someone inside but the door is locked. Last night I was here at 8:30 pm and tonight I was here just after 8 pm. Either change your hours or higher someone that actually wants to work. Both nights have been 2 different people.

My problem with this location is the manager. She is a horrible person. She wrote up one of her employees for “leaving his work station” because he went outside to perform CPR on a lady. I will tell people on a consistent basis about this and will never return to this location. I hope she loses her job

One of the worst subways I've been to. Beef for Philly cheese steak was nauseatingly bad. Cold meatballs on hot subs. Manager quit and they stay open even though they are practically out of everything because the owner is not capable of placing a food order. the workers are unsure of what they can even do without a manager present, franchisee owner clearly doesn't care.

I cannot believe how much this subway has gone down hill over the last year. Yesterday we went in. No onions no meatballs. No foot long anything. It was nasty dirty and the mayo tasted like it was sour. Taking the time to go to baptist for subway. Owner you need to get it together!
Worst Subway EVER! There were 3 customers ahead of us, the manager did nothing except check out 2 of them while the very slow employee made one sandwich at a time including waiting for the sandwich to toast instead of starting the next one.

The employee was rude and was unable to provide cookies, Churros, or pretzel to the Customers in front of me. When I got the counter to start my order he made my first 2 sandwich and told me that he couldn't toast my sandwich because it was against health code to toast meats and cheeses and it was unsafe to eat. I have been in the food service industry for 17 years and have eaten subway for 20 years. I have always got the same thing every time I go in. This Gentlemen needs to be trained properly. And there needs to be a manager on-site.

They need some help. A/C is broken. There was no ice in the soda machine. They were not using the toaster because it was already super hot in the restaurant. I was really hoping to have some A/C or a cold drink for lunch.

Guy made me an awesome sandwich but atmosphere was extremely hot inside was getting very warm standing inside. Made the sandwich great in good time but I can't imagen for him working in that heat. Decently needs ac address ASAP but great sandwich awesome dude
