This is a tiny hidden gem in a small down. From the cocktails, to appetizers, to the entrees each item is hand crafted and carefully thought out. The details in plating and flavor combination are incredible. This is a place to impress your guests. The atmosphere is very cozy with dim lighting, fresh Colorado air, and petite tables. We had a wonderful meal at the Bistro on 2nd and ask for Kevin! He’s a rockstar! The elk steak was fantastic! The ribeye was the special and it was delicious. Get the Oreo cookie skillet. You will thank me later. Highly recommend!
