New spot in Monument Colorado. It's a little off the highway. Cannot really see the store. Once you do get to the store, there is not a line threw the drive thru which was nice. The food was fresh and tasted good. Out of all the whataburgers in Colorado so far this one will be my favorite.

This place unfortunately sucks, you always wait 10-15 minutes on top of the 15 minutes they tell you, they always forget things and then argue with you about it regardless of showing them physical proof and the overall service is terrible, always like 5 highschool kids hanging out with the employees who are just standing around not helping costumers. Corporate needs to clean this store out and start fresh

Horrible customer service asked for num. 1 whatameal with cheese and substitute fries for onion rings. Classic oder I used to oder growning up in tx, they proceeded to charge me for each item separately cause the worker didn't know how to apply the meal. Asked for a correction, let just say my meal had excessive amount of mustard and the onion rings seem to had been crush intentionally... Sad that a group of bad workers can ruin a whole Franchise . I just wanted a taste of my state . Seats empty and soda machine stated of dirty rag clean and no carbonations on the sodas.

I was shorted 19.32 dollars of items that I paid for in a big order and wasn't given. I drove 45 miles to this restaurant for the food. I waited over 15 minutes for the food in the drive up line (10:00am). When I noticed the shortage after driving back 45 miles--I talked to manager Joaquin and he told me that there is nothing he can do. I called the number for the Whataburger Corp and they made a ticket and told me that someone in upper management will get back to me. Nothing happened. I would suggest that if you want a Whataburger--don't go to this Monument location.Go to the Colorado Springs locations instead. There are other numerous complaints of the same issues--long waits at the drive up and shortage of items that were ordered at this Monument restaurant . And management does little or nothing to correct issues. Something is very wrong with this individual restaurant in my opinion.

It had been quite a day, involving a tire blowout and a long wait to get it repaired. Heavy snowfall gave the restaurant the aura of Christmas. It's Whataburger, so by definition it was open, but I had the place to myself. After a modest wait, I got to enjoy some warm, delicious fries, and a fabulous Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese. My drink was a little flat, but it was from ice melting - insulated cups were ruining the planet, or something. Anyway, it was exactly the kind of visit that keeps me coming back to Whataburger. Fan for life!

The young lady at the counter listened to what I wanted and got it exactly right. Restroom was spotless. Everyone was friendly and I haven't been this happy with a hamburger restaurant in 40 years.
