Very unique and interactive location with attached outdoor turf patio. Patio is equipped with multiple corn hole courts complete with umbrella covered dock style lounge seating that holds an inviting yard game tournament atmosphere. I stumbled upon this location chasing a sunrise double rainbow. My amusement could only have been observed as peculiar to the on duty staff judginging by how the on duty manager came outside the otherwise empty building and proceeded to match my amazement level, yet not amazed at the sunrise double rainbow. His acute attention on me, bewildered stare, and open mouth were sending a very clear message that ketchup packets are 10 cents a piece, each meal gets one napkin, we ain't got no public restroom, and excuse me Mr you've been here for 10 whole minutes already and haven't ordered anything so I'll let you know about our no loitering policy. I've already called the law, a deputy is on his way here to tresspass you from the property. He didn't actually verbally convey anything at all, he was dead silent the entire time, but he didn't have to say a word at all, his facial expressions and body language said it loud and clear; thus the 3 star review.

I didn't take pics this time but it's an amazing set up. Wish they had more upgrades done to the one's in Texas but this establishment was great. The wait time is ridiculous but what can you expect, it's coming from TX. Lol They gave me a burger with ONIONS even though I made sure to repeat my order like 10 times. AND my burger was soggy. 😭😭😭😭😭

It was a good as Whataburgers are, but this one goes light on the fries. All three containers were half full. When my wife didn’t get gravy for her chicken tenders she got a container that was less than 1/4 full. I’m used to fries being over flowing and gravy touching the lid.
Super polite staff. Great quality food. The outdoor area with cornhole is a cool feature. Nice views of the foothills.

Careful if you are of color coming here. We arrived and didn’t get greeted but had a cashier that was just staring at us. Her name was Ashly and I decided to tell her my order, she was very quiet and when I asked for a substitute cheese she couldn’t find the key for it. So ends up getting annoyed and the other cashier tried to help he but ended up telling me they don’t have other cheese. That I need to get it with what it comes with, so then a different employee comes and shows them there is a button for substituting. At this point Ashly covers her face says “omg bruh” and walks away. The guy ends up taking our whole order but with some sass for some reason. It’s 2025 and we live in Colorado why are we still treating PAYING CUSTOMERS like this?! I wanted to ask for a refund but drove 2 hours for this -_-

There was no one ahead of us in line to order through the drive through and still took like 45 minutes to get our food. We got no sauce, our french fries were cold. We ordered apple slices for our son and they were opened.. on top of that we didn't get the apple jucie we ordered with our sons kid's meal. 🤦♀️ Probably the worst experience I've had at a Whataburger to be honest. This was our first time coming to this Whataburger and we will probably not be back.
