I will say we were super excited for ziggies. I have been rather frustrated almost every time we go there. They have great drinks. Here is the problem. It’s never consistent. The white peanut butter Mocha blender is great. However their blender is terrible. You can’t suck ice through a straw. I ask numerous times for them to double blend it. And some times they do most times they don’t. I own a business here locally and hate the thought of leaving a negative review. With that said having to repeat my order in drive through three times because the person taking my order is also doing something else along with lack of consistency in drink making is making it easier for us to go to another coffee shop. We will keep going hoping it gets better but I don’t think it will unfortunately.

The employees at the Monument location are some of the finest I've seen in a long time, especially for all being young folks. Always happy, smiling, kind and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Jill(who I believe is the owner of this location)Ella Grace, Fey and Tatum specifically have made mine and my wife's experiences there wonderful every time.

Bought a turkey panini for pick up. When I got there to pick it up they told me they were frozen and gave me a grilled cheese. I tried emailing their corporate office for a refund and they blew me off. I will not be back.

Leaving this review for my neighbors, who are both 93. They went here for coffee and paid with a $50. The cashier gave them back $4 in change. He told the cashier that was the wrong change and the cashier gave him back more change but still short changed them. After the second time, he got irritated and told the cashier they needed to learn how to do math. They finally got the right change the third time and sat down to drink their coffee. The the manager/owner comes out and tells them they can't talk to the cashier that way and they have to leave. Both 93. Cashier screws up change twice. And they have to leave. MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF PAYING WITH CASH.

Good drinks but holy moly does it take a minute to get your drink! I’ve ordered online a few times now and arrive about 20+ minutes later and *still* have to wait for my drink. Today I stood at the pickup area for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence and waited 10+ more minutes for my drink. Seems like they need more people working at a time- there were two girls working and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Would love to make this a regular spot and support local business but the long wait times make it really hard to do so.

We love the proximity to our home and frequent here often but the terribly long waits (20-30min for one kids drink and a croissant) are really disappointing. We’ve been many times and the waits just get worse each time. The food is way overpriced for the quality. Hope it improves or we won’t be coming back.
