Terrible service. Terrible pizza. After a long day of skiing, pizza sounded like a great idea. We ordered and waited 20 minutes to get the drinks we already paid for. We waited for about an hour and a half for our pizza, to no avail. We eventually asked a worker where it was and it seemed like they had completely forgotten our order. Shouldn't have tipped in advance. Pizza was super mid. There are better restaurants in the same strip mall that will actually value your patronage. I understand working at a pizza place and getting stoned at work, but you gotta actually do your job at the same time. Just go to Tres Gringos next door, they actually seem to care about getting you food in a timely manner.

Went there on a Tuesday a couple weeks ago after the info on google said they were open. It was closed. Trying to order again today. Noone answers the phone. Guess everyone has better things to do that help paying customers.

Had a really terrible experience here on Saturday afternoon. Went to Backcountry because the wait at Crosscut Pizza was an estimated 40 minutes. I should have waited. The pizza at Backcountry took even longer than 40 minutes, and then it was overcooked and the crust was burnt. All the slices were falling apart, the cheese was separating like it had been in the oven for too long, and the crust was totally flavorless. Their pricing structure for toppings also seemed outrageous--$3 per topping, no matter whether it was a vegetable or meat, so for Italian sausage and spinach it was an additional $6. I'm usually not very picky about pizza, but for $24 and an extremely long wait for something that tasted like Red Baron frozen pizza, I deeply regretted coming here. Bonus: every single person except the child seemed to be absolutely faded at 3:30 pm.

Pizza was burnt. literally black crust but tasted fine ordered the sampler as well everything was old freezer food probably had been open in the freezer for a long time and gross pretty much inedible Come here for pizza only unless you like old food They just need to keep fresher freezer food or quality check it before frying it and after I wish I took a picture my onion rings were smashed and one of my mushrooms was as well Honestly anyone who looked at it would have thrown it out and made a new batch if they were a decent person my food was 30+ and wasn't even worth 20

Terrible customer service from bar staff/waiters. Was everyone drunk/high? Come on, customer service 101... No greeting/seating; had to get our own menus off the wall. Pizza dough is like eating crackers; without the garlic it would be among the worst I've ever had. The strangest place. Crosscut pizza is 100000x better. Would have gone there but they were closed.

Very rude experience with the staff. Our interaction lasted less than 2 minutes before and he told me that he other orders to take I asked only 3 questions about what was on the menu.

Crazy delicious pizza and nice staff. Was there with my husband and kid and we all inhaled the pizza. Definitely a local haunt, and with good reason. It was nice to sit in front of the TVs and catch some game highlights with my family. We're from Longmont but will definitely come back next time we are in Ned.
