Stopped in Crosscut Pizza. This wasn’t my first time here and couldn’t tell you which offroad trails got us there from Boulder but I wanted to go back. The staff is friendly and made us feel like locals. Our server recommended the Elk Meatballs and TEO pizza. I don’t drink beer so that part is lost on me but the other diners seemed to enjoy it. I will return if ever back in Nederland.
Always a treat going to Crosscut, they have figured out how to run a great pizza place, the outside patio seating and bar seating overlooking the creek is not to be missed! loved the shishito peppers

Absolutely the best pizza in Colorado that we have ever had! We reside in Gunbarrel and make the drive almost every Monday for some delicious pies, brews, & great conversation with the bartenders! Kara is awesome!
