My son & I got the crab cake sliders with french fries & sweet fried plantains. Everything was great. Especially the crab cakes.🦀🤍 he liked the plantains the best, though. 10/10🫶🏼

Hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had! I’ve eaten here twice now, as they are parked at Very Nice Brewing in Gilpin county frequently. The crab cakes sliders and salmon latkes are OTHER WORLDLY, and the Greek fries are a unique fusion dish I get every time. Cannot recommend enough!

Best Food Truck in the Nederland Area. Their crab cakes and bison meatloaf sandwhich are out of this world. The owners are super nice. Highly recommend to check out.

Fantastic! Don’t let that food truck fool you - this is cuisine on wheels. The bison meatloaf burger is refined rather than heavy. Fish tacos were beautifully done and presented. Cilantro pesto, pickled onion and a small jalapeño slice. Chefs were thoughtful and lovely too. Highly recommended!

Bison chili was a cup of seasoned meat in water. No base to it. Very disappointed. Should have ordered something else. Default tip of 18% took the cup of meat in water to almost $20. Either do chili right or take it off your menu. Pretty sure I should have ordered anything else after seeing other’s orders.

Ordered the Lobster Roll from their food truck and it was bomb. The service was quick and friendly and the roll was awesome ? ? came with fries that were tasty and I would definitely order this again. Also tried their fried sugar coated plantains and man were they delicious as well. Great job guys ?

This the best food in Ned at the moment. I wish they would open a dine in restaurant, and have full time hours. Ned is in dire need of better food options. My only complaint is that it's hit or miss when and where they are open.Everything I've had here has been of great quality. The service is friendly and fast. I cannot say enough good things.
