Decent place, I enjoyed the entree I got but the appetizer & queso was very bland with little flavor. Margaritas were just ok, I got the jalapeno one and it wasn’t very spicy. I was also misinformed about the price of the drink

When we looked online your menu said 6 tacos. We knew it was too good to be true! 😋 AMAZING tacos, just wish there was a special on them, like taco Tuesday! It'd definitely save me having to wash the dishes, cook, etc for us all!

Waited over an hour to order and 4 groups that came in after we were sat orders were recieved. And because we wasted that time waiting we had to skip lunch all together. Ridiculous. We made it all day on guac and some chips. I will never stop there again.
Even when we were leaving we had to initiate the check.

My family and I were on vacation from Texas and happened to come across this place! The food was pretty good! But our server Sarah was 10/10 amazing!!!! She was out here working by herself serving everyone inside, outside, and at the bar during a lunch rush! She never lost her smile and was able to keep up with everything! I hope that if you come here she is your server because she is just so good at her job! I hope she has an amazing future because I know she’s gonna do great things!

Found this place while on vacation from Ft. Worth. The food was very good with picture worthy presentation. But what blew me away was the lone waitress working her butt off serving a full restaurant!! She had customers on the inside and outside plus the bar. Her name was Sarah and she's what you want a server to be! She never lost her smile! If the other staff are half as good as her then this place is lucky!
LOVE this place! What a little gem of a restaurant. Consistent food and amazing service. Went again yesterday and had another wonderful experience.

So my family and I stopped at this place on the way down the mountain and we really usually like Mexican food but this time we did not care so much for it. I've never been to a Mexican restaurant where you have to order your chips and pay but no big deal if they where decently good but not this time. And there is a up charge to each meal to add chicken or beef. Which we did but two of our meals barely had any chicken on them at all. The kids barely ate theirs and did not care for it. Sorry but I'd not recommend to stop there just come down the hill to Boulder and eat.

Me and my family decided to stop at this cozy little restaurant during our little drive through of the rocky mountains. I ordered the enchiladas, which were in a puddle of homemade sauce. The food looked amazing, however, the taste was very lacking. I got chicken with my order (which cost an additional 5$.) It tasted like cinnamon and chili, and the chicken tasted and looked more like pulled pork. My brother ordered a quesadilla (add chicken) and not only was there no chicken, but the cheese was overwhelming. My parents got the loaded pappas (again, add chicken). There was chicken on this one, however it was tiny little shreds of it. Barely anything. Like the equivalent of spotting salt on your food. The taste wasnt bad at all on this one, but it severely lacked the extra 5 dollars worth of chicken they wanted. On top of all this, you have to order your chips and salsa separately. The chips were very salted, and they tasted like ash. The salsa wasnt bad, but the taste was almost invisible. I could load an entire chip and just taste the chip. It was 4 bucks for that. Me and my family enjoy Mexican restaurants as much as the next person, but this is by far one of the worst we've been too. We've tried different restaurants in many different states, and only a few can compare to the meal we experienced today. I would not recommend.

My sister posted her review and the owner responded back that they reviewed the cameras and that we we serviced with drink orders with in 20 minutes. First off all she had the times off by a hour. She quoted around 12:30 arrival and we showed up around 1:40. Second it took the waitress 30 minutes to even come to our table for a drink order. She must have walked by us a half a dozen times and said be right there. A drink order should be no more than 5 minutes into sitting down. We all have worked in the restaurant industry and by far the worst experience ever. Further more, clean out your oil fryers. If I can smell the rancid oil smell from the dinner room you have dirty fryers. For that reason I was even hesitant to order anything from the menu. What I did order was not good and I took all of about two bits from two different tacos. My sister gave me a piece of her quesadilla and how you mess up a simple quesadilla is mind blowing. Don’t respond back to me as you as mangers or owners have any clue about the meaning of good food or good management to provide a great customer service experience. Needless to say I go up there to Nederland often and you should look across the street to the black forest restaurant. You will be in the same position soon if you don’t fix your issues
