I don’t often go to Arby’s but I have gone to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times I have been disappointed. I tried a beef and cheddar for the first time and it wasn’t for me. I did not finish the sandwich but knew I still could eat the fries. However, the fries were dry, stale and nothing you’d want to eat. I was disappointed with the first meal but decided to stop by again today. I placed a mobile order on the app and when I went to pick up my food they told me that they were out of the orangesicle shake and made me a vanilla instead. They also asked if I wanted to swap it out for a different flavor but I was okay with the vanilla. The main disappointment came once we got home and I opened my child’s kids meal and he was missing his nuggets. He was upset by this but did not want to go back to the restaurant to get them. And again, the fries are dry and stale. They also don’t offer an option for soda with kid’s meals unlike most other restaurants. Really disappointed with this location and won’t be returning for a very long time, if ever.

Guy in the drive through was a god damn child, we went past my Intercome and he yelled “why the!” And then continued to mock us saying hello, hello after we said we needed a moment, and then said oh, and continued to say “anybody there” after 30 seconds, very unprofessional, sounded like he was playing around
Its Arbys. What else is there to say? They didnt mess up our order, and in these trying times, that in and of itself is "great service" lol

Drive up. Double meat roast beef was good deal when using a coupon. Fish sandwich is rather blah in flavor even with tarter sauce. Seldom eat fast food these days since it's so expensive and not very healthy
