When you have a drive thru order, the employee shouldn't turn his back on you while waiting for mozz sticks. Very disrespectful and shows a lack of training on Arby's part.

It doesn't look like the advertised nuggets on menu with big chunks, does it? Instead, it looks little burnt bits. They did taste good, but where's the beef ARBY'S? Very disappointing!

My daughter's California was good, but her onion rings were cold. My chili dog was ice cold and the tater tots were completely unseasoned and cold as well after they were dumped upside down in the bag. The young lady who took our drive through order was the only professional there.

Ordered a turkey sandwich and there was no turkey on it. No apology when I took it back up. Got the same thing a second time…no turkey. My wife got a steak nugget sandwich and the buns was too stale to eat. Dry nuggets. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

I waited 15 minutes in line to order and then I was told that they would not take my hundred dollar bill are you serious? This is legal currency. I cannot fathom that a business does not want to make money. You need to fix your employees because they don’t have the best interest at heart for your company. Her reasoning with not taking my hundred dollars was because it was too late. It’s 9 PM. Why are you open till 11? If you can’t accept $100 bills at 9 PM you might as well close at 9pm.

Very poor customer service from employee (Jackie) called to make an official complaint and manager didn't even bother to ask for the name of the employee. Many more fast food restaurants in the area I can take my business too.

Horrible service from what seems to be one of the managers!
Was refused access to use the restroom while my fiancé ordered food.
When I asked I was left if a rude blank stare but her words were customer service toned “how may I help you”
I asked again and was left with the same answer but she said added that we needed to order first.
I know some people come and mess up restrooms but that’s not what we’re about.
That’s not how you treat customers.

My online order was supposed to be ready at 622pm. I stood in the store for 15 minutes before any acknowledged me and that was only after another customer came in. Then the cashier asked for my name my food has been sitting on the counter the whole time cold now. My drink is watered down soda. And I was okay with that until I watched the lady working the friars eating out of the fry bin not washing her hands continuing to touch food is being served to customers. And the second cashier comes to the front touches her face and her hair and then everybody's food. Had I been a health inspector this restaurant would have been hit with two violations before ever stepping foot behind the counter. No Management in sight. I will not be coming back to this location not for the poor service but because of the lack of respect for food safety. I spent $20 on food that I'm not going to eat because y'all clearly don't respect food safety and when I tried to say something to the cashier she walked away from me muttering something

I pretty much always go in to the store of arby's or any fast food restaurant. Because here lately you do need to check your food because a lot of The Times you don't get what you ordered. I absolutely think that this is ridiculous. However, the service, the customer service and the clemenness. And the atmosphere is all good.
