Very horrible customer service The Tall skinny guy that was working Sunday evening March.24 i had When in yesterday, 5:32 sign says they close at 6 Lights were turned down I asked the guy. If they were open he Said yes The guy seemed to have gone mad when I walked in order. Some smoothies after paying he slammed Things down cause he was mad. He had to make some smoothies. If the sign says closing at 6:00 you shouldn't close early. If you don't want to work, then you shouldn't work there. As soon as I walked out, he went and turned the sign off and there was still 15 minutes left. Very bad place to go to..

After years of being a Thornton BB Customer, we will never return. Today, around 2:30, my husband and I came in for our normal order (2 Hawaiian Dream smoothies). While mine tasted as it usually does, his was immediately RANK. It tasted like a mixture between rot and gasoline. I do not know whether a CLEANING PRODUCT was put in his drink or if it was ROTTEN fruit. When we came home he ran into the bathroom to throw up while I put the smoothie down the sink. The scent of the smoothie is so strong that it is now lingering by sink I put it down. I attempted to call the store at the listed number only to be met with a full voicemail box and no other way to contact them. I am beyond angry.

This place is never open. Website states certain hours you show up and the lights are off and there are workers inside. If the business is going to be operating show up.

I don't know the name of the girl working today, but the owner needs to address this girl. She always denies me a veggie drink every time she is working. Each time she says her blender is not working. Right after I see her make other blended drinks for previous customers. I just believe she did not want to clean the dirty blender to make a new one or she doesn't know or want to make it.

Yall know this is my favorite smoothie spot back home in Ohio so bring near one on this trip i Just had to have it!! Tasted just like the Ohio location and made me super happy. Highly recommend the sunshine passion or Tahiti delight!!

Menu advertises freshly squeezed orange juice. The orange juice was not freshly squeezed. The juice was also warm when we got it. And also, the items are very pricey.
First off, this place has gone so downhill. It felt like a prison. It wasn't welcoming at all, on the environment or the customer service. And second, everytime I try to give this place another chance on their smoothies, it just gets worse. I ordered a large pick it yourself. It was supposed to have raspberry juice, banana, raspberry sherbert, vanilla yogurt, and Granola. It was literally blended ice with a slight hint of raspberry flavor. There was absolutely NO flavor whatsoever. I could barely even tell that is was raspberry in there. And it was very disappointing. I used to love coming to this place and now I regret evertime I go in. Don't waste your time or money...

If your door and online says closed at 7, then you lock your doors at 7, not hurry up to lock someone out at 6:45 when you see them approaching. Lost my business, incredibly rude and poor customer service all around. I’m sure I’m not coming back to a place that locks the door when they see more customers coming. Would give this place a zero if possible. Horrible customer service, don’t even know how to make the smoothies, don’t wear gloves while touching food, long hair is hanging into the food area, and they add so much ice that by the time you get it it’s literally water! Worst place ever and would never go back again.

Horrible customer service, I was not greeted nor was shown any decent service. Workers did not wear gloves when touching food and proceeded to just add more ice to my smoothie bowl leaving it watery, when handing it to my I was given a lid that didn’t match the bowl and they said it was all they had, I ended up with it all over the inside of my car. Will not be back, horrible experience.
