I wouldn’t hear about 30 minutes before closing, and I was held by a gentleman named Pedro. He was very friendly and very helpful. Most kids at this time or even an adults are just ready to leave, but he was ready to work and I admire that. I tip my hat to a young man job all done. Customer service is not dead.

My Double Whopper Jr was made as a Single. I asked for mustard on both buns. One small circle on the top bun. I asked for heavy onion and tomato. Didn't happen so had to ask for more, plus packet of mustard. When I told the young lady that it was made wrong, she asked if I wanted it the way it was made???? Ummmm NO! I want what I paid for, a Double Whopper Jr! Bun was stale, broke apart. The patties had ZIP flavor.

HATE this location. It's the only one in the area so that's why I've had multiple issues, but there is ALWAYS an issue every single time. Today was the final time for me though. I'd rather drive to Broomfield or Arvada before ordering here again.
Got breakfast this morning. Ordered a sausage croissant, got a Cold ham croissant. Asked for syrup for hashbrowns as a treat before work, no syrup. These places are getting crazy over priced & you don't even get what you ordered. Sad. Could spend like two more dollars & get full service at a sit down place.
