They no longer accept paper coupons at this location. I tried to ask why, and they were so rude they would not even talk about it with me. I tried to escalate, but they have no interest in talking to me about anything. I will not be going here again, there are several other places to get a hamburger. Lost customer.

Worst Burger King in area. Order never ready, no matter how far. Just order on arrival, if you can. They ignore you at counter. One time they tried to pass off the crown as a kids toy, didn’t even have just the time to tell me they were out of toys. I called them out on it and all they said the crown was the toy. Place sucks most BKs our horrible. BK on 120th and Holly is pretty good. Little wait but no BS

They have Wi-Fi and plugs! You don't need a code to go to the bathroom. You could get your own refills. Lots of seating.

The service is horrible. The manager is running all over the place and no one to help her. My chicken and fries wasn't throughly cooked. The ladies in back just laughing and joking not making the food proper. Disgusting food served at this location. No star for food, service, and atmosphere.
Went through drive thru 11/27 around 9pm. Dude working the drive thru was disrespectful from the start of my order, cut me off while I was talking. Then got to the window and he said they weren’t taking cash, I had $15 and wanted the rest of the charge on my cashapp card. I told him he could try the card but I knew it wouldn’t work. He told me it processed and told me to pull forward. He came to the next window gave me a receipt, which I thought was for my order because nothing else was said. Then came to the window asking me what I’m still doing there, that I’m holding the line. Keep in mind he didn’t say nothing when he gave me my receipt so I was expecting food. He told me I was broke and only had 5 dollars on my card which I already knew (it was my cashapp card)😂. He told me I could go inside with my cash if I wanted served, and his reasoning he couldn’t do cash from the drive thru was because he didn’t want to walk back and forth to the cash register😂. Probably the worst service I’ve received anywhere. I recommend getting rid of him because the disrespect I was given could have easily turned physical if I didn’t keep my cool.( the Hispanic dude with the fake jewelry)

I wasn’t sure about the poppers, Bruno was kind enough to let me sample one - loved it and bought an 8 piece. Really clean as well!! Bruno you rock!

Ordered 2 number ones with cheese large and crispy chicken sandwiches when I got home … tried to give me 2 small soda and corrected them but gave 2 small French fries also the sodas were not filled all the way 😒 and the you can see how they did the chicken sandwich ….. very irritated to get home and see you didn’t get what you ordered. Also my no cheese on the hamburger 🍔

Thank you for The 2 for 5, and the 3 for 7 combos. My favorites are the Original Chicken Sandwiches, and the Jr. Whoppers. The Chicken French Fries are a great addition, too. I have been coming here for years, and I will continue to do so. I really appreciate you guys, and I definitely recommend this store. Thank you, guys!
This used to be my favorite location. Highly disappointed after tonight's visit. Dude in the drive through - rude, enjoys cutting you off while you're talking - just bad bad bad customer service. Said my card was declined and it wasn't even ran - I get instant notifications so I would know. Didn't tell me the total or give me a receipt. I don't ever want food from here if this dude is working. Tbh, lady handing out the food isn't better. No smile, no hi, no thank you. This location went downhill.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers on 11/03 in the drive thru. Got my food, and first bite, they're bacon cheeseburgers. if I wanted the 2 for $5 special I would have done that, but I paid full price for double cheeseburgers. I did not have time to wait for a remake and requested a refund.
A week later and my refund still hasn't processed. Can't file a charge back either because it was in debit.
I will never be back to this Burger King. I'll drive further to the one at 104th and Federal.
Quality used to be better a year ago. Current staff have no attention to detail and burgers usually come out with cold not melted cheese and sloppily made for the past several months.
Absolute trash Burger King. Avoid if possible.

Always have taken care of me plus my Condiments in abundance. Always good to have a Giant Wopper loaded with onion, tomato and lettuce!
