This place is absolutely disgusting, the agua Fresca looks like it’s never been cleaned ever, I took probably 5 bites of my food and then got immediately sick and had to run to the bathroom, all to find out I have FOOD POISONING, yall need to clean your restaurant like deep clean, and as far as the food, something needs to change to prevent bacteria from growing.

I went in for a pickup order tonight, they made my drink that was supposed to be large, a medium and when I asked for that to be corrected, the employee got an attitude. When she came back with the correct size, the straws were dripping wet, I still thanked her and let her know I appreciate her doing that and she rolled her eyes at me and just walked away. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order which I get happens but to have an attitude with me for wanting it corrected when I paid extra for it? Unprofessional.

Their tortillas are made in house and are absolutely delicious. My favorite item is the salad with a tortilla and cheese on the bottom. Both of their dressing options are phenomenal. The nachos are also really great. The service at my last visit was great, can be a hit or miss but the food makes up for it. Would definitely recommend. Better than chipotle or qudoba, but very similar in concept. More similar to qudoba, but higher quality.Vegetarian options: Can order any of the menu items without meat since it’s an assembly line where you pick everything that goes on top.

I love Cafe Rio, it is by far my favorite chain. The sauces at this location were just runny liquid (no peppers), the meat was just runny (little meat) and I'm pretty sure 4/5 workers were high.
This is a family spot. Tables are hard to get cuz it's so busy! We had to clean our table at lunch. Service was good. The bathroom was grosssssssio! Someone died in the ladies restroom and it was horrendous.They also need to clean the soda nozzles better. I had iced tea with lemonade and got a floaties party. Ewww
