We went for dinner on March 28th, we sat down was sitting there for 15 min, and finally another waitress got us a drink and fianally sent a server over, we won't be back, our fried chicken was under cooked, my 1/2of spoonful of hasbrown cassarole was all black pepper, the food was cold all around, my onion petals were the best thing about dinner, our server didn't come by the table except once, and we asked for drink refills never got, told him about my hasbrown cassaroll and all he said was sorry, This is not the type of food we were use to, we drove 45 minutes for crap food

This time was a terrible experience.
Went to meet my inlaws there for lunch. I came from Aurora and when I got there they still hadn't received their food.
We waited over an hr for our food and people that came in before us received their food, and we still didn't.
Talked to the manager, she said she would take care of it.
My inlaws left, and we grabbed the food and left as well.
Won't be going back.

Good service at 5pm on a Friday. Got saucy chicken sandwich and a chicken dinner. Biscuits they brought were icky, just tasteless white flour lumps. Mashed potatoes and gravy were bland and not worth eating. Cole slaw pretty good. Chicken was excellent. Chipotle maple sauce for sandwich was good. Fries ok. Didn't take leftovers. We Bought a few things which is why we went there, Otherwise I wouldn't go for food.

Update. Thanks for your response but not needed. I won't eat here again, just shop. Go to first watch across I25 to the east for bfast, or Northside Tavern in broomfield for lunch and dinner across the street at Scalzatto.

They told me there's a 5 minute.Wait after thirty minutes later I finally got to sit down. Once I sat down, the waiter took forever.Get to me. Once I placed my order 30 minutes later Food still wasn't there. I informed the waiter that I had to leave to please cast my order. He got very upset and took my water from me and just walked away. I guess somehow an hour away to eat is my fault.

Went to pick up order and someone else by the same first name picked up my order. Staff had to remake my order which took quite a long time. When I sat down to eat my food the turkey meal with gravy and carrots and hasbrown casserole the only thing I could eat was the 5 carrots, and the hashbrown. The turkey was so overcooked it was brown, hard and inedible. I ate the couple of pieces of turkey that I could and threw away the rest. Considering I paid 17.00 for a meal of 5 carrots and 1/4 cup of hasbrown I was extremely disappointed. Should have gotten pancakes.

Ripped off, lied to, and Edaurdo the "manager" snagged my money and refused to return it.

I've been a loyal Cracker Barrel patron since 2004, but "manager" Eduardo found a way to nullify all the great interactions I've had at dozens of their restaurants across the states.

Waiter: Carlos' has always been excellent over the past 2+ years and today was no different. Quick, efficient, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and happy, non-intrusive, and always tops off coffees. 5 stars!

Food: Most recent meal was garbage unlike past visits, and Cracker Barrel Corporate can thank "manager" Edwardo for telling me to write my honest review (his cashier is my witness when he said "go ahead"). Potato casserole side dish only took 3 bites to finish and it was super salty. Ham was dry and stale. Sausage was sawdust and not warm. Bacon was very dry so I didn't eat it. Eggs were small and looked depressing on the plate. Pancakes were tasty but not hot enough either, so my butter did not melt or spread easily. 1 star.

Checkout: Sweet lady at the front tried hard to fix a problem on my ticket caused by the restaurant. They were charging me for a birthday side that the server specifically offered to me for free (it was offered, I did not ask for that side but I accepted his free offer). After 8 or 9 minutes of trying she finally was able to track down a missing manager who was not answering her calls. 5 stars because she tried harder than this missing manager.

Manager: Edordo the shift manager was inept, incapable, incompetent, insolent, and insensitive to the issue caused by HIS establishment. I told him the side was offered to me for free but now they are charging me almost $8 for it, a mistake completely made by his restaurant. He repeatedly said he can't remove it and I had to pay so I knew he was lying (comps and percent discounts are Restaurant Management 101 especially if the customer is not at fault). I said he has to take it off because I would not have bought it and it was grossly over salted and only 1/3 eaten anyway. He then said he did not like my tone, even though I had been patient, cordial, and smiley in my interactions with the server and cashier and only became upset after Eduardo's lies. Ultimately after he lectured me about respect (and ignored his real issue), I told Eduardo he's not fit to be a manager, and then he told me I'm not welcome at Cracker Barrel anymore...weird since Eduardo's the one who ripped me off, lied to me, and took my $8 forcibly. It's not the money but the principle, and Eduardo is lacks the latter and problem ownership. My money, my business' money, and my family's money can and will be spent elsewhere. NEGATIVE 20 stars for Eduardo's management fail.

Had a reservation for 20 at 8 pm. We were seated by 8:15. Our sever did not start taking our oder until 8:30. I asked to start with soup but was told they were out. Then asked for a dinner salad and was told that there salad bar was closed. They were expecting us, so it would have been nice if they had not shutdown part of their for 25early. She told us she would bring bread right away. The bread didn't arrive for 25 minutes. The food didn't arrive until 9:20. My chicken fried steak came out over cooked and cold. My hash browns I think were left under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. They were a solid mass, crusted on the top, and cold underneath. My friend next to me had a baked potato that was cold. The butter wouldn't melt. He did eat half of it until he found the long hair in it. His boy's Mac and cheese was also cold. I have waited tables for over 25 years. The most unprofessional part for me was that when the food finally arrived, it was basically auctioned off. The server had no idea who had what. We had to sort everything out for her. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

I order online for the convenience but it was more hassle than just getting my whole family ready to go out. They forgot part of our order(4 gravy and 4 STRAWBERRY syrups) they then told me just to come in and get it it took them 20 minutes to get our missing parts. When I went in and told them about my missing parts of the order they only brought out ONE gravy and one syrup. I then told them I need 4 of each and they took 10 minutes just to fill up containers. I arrived home and started serving and the gravy’s are half filled some only 1/4 filled and the syrup is just regular syrup not strawberry like I had ordered. The service over the phone and in person is severely lacking. DO BETTER!!!!

Edit: After starting to eat sausage was UNDERCOOKED and pink in the center, pancakes had no flavor and syrup tasted like ever so slightly sweet water.

Our waitress seemed annoyed, like we were inconveniencing her. My plate only had 5 chicken strips (2 were super tiny like a nugget), when it was supposed to come with 6. Not a big deal, but your being charged for 6, it is what's advertised. So, you should get 6. The white/country gravy, was not gravy. It was a congealed, thick, gloppy, clumpy mess that tasted horrible. The waitress said they make it during the day for the night shift and that's just how it gets from setting all day.

Some things we wanted to order they didn't have. Our waitess said her and her manager checked in the back and there wasn't any. The food just isn't the same, nor as good. I think that may have something to do with why all of the locations are closing.

You can't expect people to come and keep coming back for old, mediocre food that has been setting out all day. Let alone to come back for bad customer service.

This Cracker Barrel has really gone downhill. We went there on Chocolate Cake Day. Cracker Barrel advertised free chocolate cake. We ordered our dinner which was just ok. Then ordered the chocolate cake to go. After about 20 minutes, the waitress said “we are out of chocolate cake”! Keep in mind, this store has lost so much business that they only use one side of the restaurant to serve customers, and there is still empty tables. Anyhow the manager at checkout did provide a rain check for the cake.
We decided to go this week. My son order their “new” item of New Orleans Steak & Shrimp, and I ordered the Oreo Cookie Cheesecake pancakes. After about 10 minutes, the waitress came out to tell him they are out of Steak! I looked around and saw no one with Steak. This is a new item but not available. So he ordered chicken. My order came out, the ‘Ireo cheesecake pancakes’ looked like pancakes. I questioned it and the waitress said it’s inside, however, the pancakes were super thin. I said to her “this sure doesn’t look like the picture”! I bit into them, they were just pancakes, the eggs cold and the sausage wasn’t thoroughly cooked. I don’t believe we will be back to this location. Sad because for years we enjoyed Cracker Barrel but this one has definitely ruined it for us. Maybe another location? I don’t know, time will tell.
