It's a cracker barrel, You know what you are in for. If this review dissways you then you were very likely to not be the kind eating at a cracker barrel anyways.

Waiters and waitresses are great the manager is HORRIBLY RUDE, and shouldn’t be working here if you’re not a people person. We waited an hour for our food and he didn’t try to accommodate us, didn’t even apologize…just said our order was lost and re put in the food while we waited another 20 mins. Eggs were cold and uncooked. Sucks I won’t be back to one of my favorite restaurants

Food is always great, but the wait times are incredibly unrealistic— expect double whatever the wait time is projected.. multiple times we’ve come and walked away because of the wait times. Waitlist estimate is such a joke. I’m no business owner, but I’d consider building a second (or third) in such a busy metro area that clearly loves their southern comfort food.

This is the classic Cracker Barrel same menu same everything as every other. At least that you know what you're getting. I really love the hash brown tater tots. They really do have a different taste from the hash brown casserole. I got the biscuit Benedict which is pretty much the same as a regular Benedict with bacon instead of ham and a biscuit on the bottom. Cracker Barrel has great hollandaise sauce.

You can never go wrong with Cracker Barrel. Good food, always a nice selection of unique items in the store...such as this flamingo display.

Theresa and Ashley were complete dolls: wonderful service, sweet interactions, and both went above and beyond to help my sister and I while shopping yesterday evening. The assistant manager’s inappropriate yelling at employees without reason, wild gestures and loud, rude comments towards both employees and customers left us and other customers visibly uncomfortable. This shockingly rude and immature behavior has left my sister and I never wanting to return to a business with such a hostile work environment.

We had a group of 11. Service was a little slow but somewhat understandable.

Well maybe it's just that cracker barrel is always better in the south, where people know how to cook comfort food right? Or maybe things have changed substantially in another way for the chain? Or my memories from childhood being imperfect? But it was a huge disappointment for me having grown up with excellent experiences at this chain in other states. But you do go there for the atmosphere as well, and that much has stayed true, at least. So I was able to show that to my friend from abroad at least.Much of our food was old and cold. The server nearly completely forgot one of my sides. Very little if any flavor in the dishes.

Service and food is fine when they’re slow, but when they get packed is when things really start to decline. Takes forever for food to get out and when it does, it’s bad. Coffee is always watered down and nothing changes when they make a new pot. Servers are hit or miss and will often forget items. I’ll often times find my silverware and glass to be dirty. Only come here because my boyfriend loves cracker barrel but even he is starting to dislike it.

Very quaint. I grew up with a lot of the decor in the country so that was interesting. The food was decent. Nothing outstanding, but everything tasted fine.

Our waitress was very kind but she seemed overworked and stressed. The food was disgusting I will not be going back, we got some of the simplest meals and they were gross it is way overpriced the inside seems rundown and the bathroom smells horrendous.. I took my kids hoping that they would get the same experience I got as a child wow that did not happen my children do not want to go back to this place.
