My delivery was absolute garbage!!!! My pizza was 1/2 burnt cheese and the other 1/2 lack of sause... This place is typically ok but damn am I screwed!!! $40 to eat trash?? This place needs re-staffed!!! Wish I could leave zero stars!!!!

I have ordered for delivery a few times from this location and it has taken 1.5-2 hours to arrive with no communication from the restaurant whatsoever. Please hire more drivers or make some management changes. Just reading the other reviews, it looks like this location has been struggling for a while.

Kinda a disappointing experience. The driver was excellent, prompt, and very informative but thats where the good part ended. My pizza was over cooked, my wife's wings were undercooked and had barely any sauce on them and her pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread was so doused in garlic grease it was gross. I ate the pizza because I'm hungry but she couldn't finish her stuff.

I paid over $30 for an "Extravaganza" medium pizza or whatever it's called. There's basically 1 piece of meat on each slice, 2 pieces of mushroom on the whole pizza, almost no onion, and maybe 3 slices with a piece of bell pepper on it. Seriously, this is a $30 piece of bread. It does not taste good at all. Good thing I bought garlic dip so I can mask this nasty pizza. Your management is pathetic.

Some little short dude at the drive-through he asked for my name for the order and then he says OK let me check on it comes back later and says itās still not done. Sorry was really busy so I waited for 10 minutes or so and I noticed that this guy had headphones on so he didnāt hear my name correctly I guess so I asked the other little dude thatās skinnier. And he just pulled it out the oven. The other dude that didnāt hear my name right said oh sorry weāre still backed up. I thought your name was Melissaā¦ā¦ like dude take off ur headphone

My pizza got delivered to the wrong apartment building and i proceeded to walk over there in 6 degree weather and snow to get it just to find out it wasnāt there either. When i called the store they told me the driver had just got back(mind you it had been 5 minutes since it was ādeliveredā and i live 15 minutes from there) and they said he delivered it to my address which was a LIE. Then proceeded to tell me it would take an hour and a half to get another pizza delivered. Will never order from this location again. Ridiculous.
