Kinda a disappointing experience. The driver was excellent, prompt, and very informative but thats where the good part ended. My pizza was over cooked, my wife's wings were undercooked and had barely any sauce on them and her pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread was so doused in garlic grease it was gross. I ate the pizza because I'm hungry but she couldn't finish her stuff.

I paid over $30 for an "Extravaganza" medium pizza or whatever it's called. There's basically 1 piece of meat on each slice, 2 pieces of mushroom on the whole pizza, almost no onion, and maybe 3 slices with a piece of bell pepper on it. Seriously, this is a $30 piece of bread. It does not taste good at all. Good thing I bought garlic dip so I can mask this nasty pizza. Your management is pathetic.

Some little short dude at the drive-through he asked for my name for the order and then he says OK let me check on it comes back later and says it’s still not done. Sorry was really busy so I waited for 10 minutes or so and I noticed that this guy had headphones on so he didn’t hear my name correctly I guess so I asked the other little dude that’s skinnier. And he just pulled it out the oven. The other dude that didn’t hear my name right said oh sorry we’re still backed up. I thought your name was Melissa…… like dude take off ur headphone

My pizza got delivered to the wrong apartment building and i proceeded to walk over there in 6 degree weather and snow to get it just to find out it wasn’t there either. When i called the store they told me the driver had just got back(mind you it had been 5 minutes since it was “delivered” and i live 15 minutes from there) and they said he delivered it to my address which was a LIE. Then proceeded to tell me it would take an hour and a half to get another pizza delivered. Will never order from this location again. Ridiculous.

This location is extremely dirty inside, the worst is that NONE of the staff had on any gloves while handling food! The music was too loud for anyone to hear the person right over the counter. The manager needs to review camera footage IMMEDIATELY to see how poorly this store is being ran. I don’t even want to eat the food now.

We ordered a pizza and it took over an hour and a half to get delivered and when we opened the box there was no pizza sauce or cheese on our pizza so we called and told them the guys was like oh that’s interesting so he offered to make us a new pizza… like yes we want another pizza please it’s just pepperoni and jalapeños that’s it. The delivery driver was super nice. The second picture is the new pizza they delivered to us for free. Thank you for fixing it.

We ordered the gluten free pizza because I recently found out I am allergic to gluten. First of all, they only have one size (small), Secondly, they charge THE SAME AMOUNT as a large. This thing showed up overcooked, burnt and DISGUSTING. I am never voting a pizza from them again. I can go get a frozen gluten free or cauliflower crust pizza at the grocery store for like 9 or 10 dollars and it tastes a MILLION times better than this crap👎

I placed an online order for delivery and cash at drop-off. I called the location to let them know that I only had a hundred dollar bill and they replied that they do not have the change and so then I would have to cancel the order. I'm sorry but if I was the ownerof that business I would fire those employees. How you gonna turn away an order for food ultimately losing out on money because your employees couldn't offer change for 100 dollar bill. I order from this store allot and always tip over 15 dollars on orders no more than 30 dollars worth every time and now im afraid I will not be ordering from this store any longer. Used to order there at least once a week, but not anymore and I will be letting all my neighbors know not to order from there any longer as well. Hope your company is happy losing allot of business now.

manager stated they weren’t at wrong and didn’t want to remake pizzas after they forgot to add garlic to the crust of all 3 of my pizzas said it wasn’t reasonable enough to remake them or get credit for them
