Order 2 pan pizzas for carry out.when I open the pizza it was over cooked called the store to let them know and they played I am a manger by 2 different people saying they are the manager and then said there is nothing they can do that there ovens are all set at a temp but I can bring the pizza back and they can remake them it not worth my time or gas for them to remake a pizza that they say will come out the same way. I have ordered the pan pizzas before and they never came out like this.I did it a call from dominos on 4-5 and the lady I talk to was very nice and helpful and she is sorry for everything and did give me a credit and will be looking into they way customers are being treated

The manager makes pizza and he is terrible at it. I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with ham sausage pepperoni olive onions and mushrooms and extra cheese. 1 pizza came up to almost 50 dollars and this is what I got. Then when I called he said he made it himself and if he remakes it it will look the same. Okay bet!!!! Terrible customer service NEVER again. Pizza hut here we come!!!!! The BBB needs to get on this franchise !!!! Waaayyyy too many BAD reviews. I will contact them

The worst location dominoes has. Orders take so long and are always longer than the order tracker says. They don’t update it so you never know how long it actually takes. When you call, they make you wait an extra 10 minutes. Horrible

For three pizzas and a 2 liter it was 92.80 delivered and it took an hour longer than the tracker on their website said. Once it finally showed up the boxes were soggy and the pizza was lukewarm.

Manager Adrian is very disrespectful. His Verbal Inappropriate behavior towards customers. Should not be tolerated in any type of field. Because of this specific employee, due to his verbal tone. This store has had to deal with returning customers money. Adrian is bad for business.

This shop is only there for names sake. I have given them 5 tries now and have been disappointed everytime. They do replace your order when you call to talk to the manager. It is so disappointing not getting quality food with raising prices. Better to go anywhere else besides this store. Maybe clean the store and you will eliminate undercooked or burnt food. Two, two topping pizzas should not have been that complicated.

We were told our order would take 40-50 minutes. An hour and a half later, when it was too late for us to order from somewhere else, we got a text that said our order was cancelled. That's it!!!We called and they said they had a store emergency and couldn't fill any more orders, and then they hung up. So now I am very cranky from not eating and therefore excessively angry and I will never order from Domino's again.

We waited 3 hours, due to the fact that I spoke with a manager an hour and a half after we placed the order, who said another manager had just walked out and it would be about an hour and a half. I then called back another hour and a half later to inquire as to status and the girl who answered was incredibly rude and told me "there aren't enough ovens to just put yours in ahead of everyone else", so it would be at least another hour. It was then 9 pm. I wasn't even asking for her to put ours ahead of anyone, i just wanted a status. Due to her insanely passive aggressive awful attitude, and the amount of time we waited I asked for the order to be canceled and a credit to be placed on our account. The girl told me no, again with incredible attitude, which i thought was insane after we waited as long as we did and after she gave me the worst customer service I've ever received. In any case, don't order from this particular Dominos unless you'd like to wait all night and then be spoken to in an incredibly rude manner. Manager was very nice when I initially called, I will say that. Employee was not nice at all.
