Great Italian place we have been so far. Breadsticks were very soft and fresh. We had Alfredo pasta, ravioli and cheese pizza. Big points on portions and taste. I will never have to search any other place to have Italian delicacies now.

Layla and Chris were both excellent. Between them, I felt like I was at a full-service restaurant, and they were extremely attentive to anything we needed. We ended up being a little difficult (not on purpose), and they handled every question and request with grace and prompt service.

I stood in line for 30 minutes, they didnt take a single order in that time. Employees appeared intoxicated and confused. Dont bother with this establishment, they are unserious jokers who will just waste your time.
Extremely dirty place . Food was not fresh , bread was stale and smelly . We ordered 3 dishes Chicken Carbonara, Loaded Fettuccine Chicken, Chicken Alfredo Pasta and they simply served us same food ( don’t know what was the difference) in 3 plates, very disappointing. Staff was decent but all in all a bad experience.

Pulled up at 11:30 to grab lunch while on a quick break. Had to wait a few mins to order. Pull up to the window and I hear two employees (a male and a female) YELLING at each other. Finally a girl comes to take my payment and I ask if I can add some extra breadsticks, she’s annoyed and so I said never mind. She then takes my payment and tells me to pull forward (no one is behind me so this is for their time) I ask for a receipt and she tells the guy she was arguing with she will be a minute because “she asked for a receipt so I have to redo the order and print it”. She shuts the sliding door. A later hands me my receipts and says in a condescending tone, “here’s your recipe now can you please pull forward to the rails”.
I pull forward and I have to wait awhile. The girl that brought out my food was very nice apologized for the wait and said to have a good day.
Not sure what happened with two employees when I first arrived but it was very unpleasant to encounter and the rudeness of employee not wanting to add breadsticks and take my coupon will make me ReConsider going to this location.
Food was good except breadsticks were a little undercooked.
