I buy the Italian bread for my wife, they seem to have a problem, getting all the ingredients, right!! I’m there almost every day buying it and they continually leave out ingredients, it’s almost like it’s on purpose. I’ve tried to be nice and ask, but but then they leave out another ingredient, I’ll send my wife from now on!

Food and service were fine however the dining room was an actual dumpster fire. Nearly 50% of the tables were stick and stacked with plates, and during the entire length of our dinner there was not a single attempt to clean the dining room. The trash can was piled high with dishes and inaccessible, to the point where people were just placing their trash on other tables before leaving. Management clearly needs to be retrained on how to run a restaraunt.

Rikki is amazing she went above and beyond for me and my daughter. She was on top of everything from the start. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we were never short on breadsticks. She’s such a hard worked and such a sweet person! She deserves recognition for her work and dedication to her guests!

My daughter really wanted Chicken Alfredo for dinner tonight, so this seemed like a good match. I submitted the online order, drove 15 minutes to the store. Food was ready to go when we arrived. The bag was tied tight and top lid was loose, so instead of risking a spill in my car opening the bag to double check things, I drove home. Once home, we found there was no Chicken in the Chicken Alfredo!
Mistakes happen, but I'm not driving there and back again for a remake. I called the store and the manager seems willing to refund the Alfredo portion, crossing fingers.
In the meantime, I suggest anyone doing online and pickup orders to open the bags and double check everything before leaving the store. It could have saved me one disappointed daughter tonight.
Edit: Bumped to a 3. Owner is responsive and willing to correct things. It was a frustrating experience last night, but appreciate owners response.

It's been a while sense we have been here, and the prices share have gone up. Almost as expensive as a sitdown restaurant. The day we went the food was extremely salty. This wasn't exactly a good visit. Not sure if I'll make the drive to give it another try.
