Reposted here because for some reason it keeps posting to the Broomfield location instead of the Thornton onr: The ham and gruyere omelette was the most mediocre, overpriced Denny's quality omelette I've ever had. The ham was the lowest possible quality lunch meat ham with zero flavor, literally dripping ham water out onto my plate, with 1/4 of the omelette covered in a thin lair of gruyere. The million dollar potatos were good, but by far the best part of the meal was the toast. It just feels like a $15 omelette should not be so profoundly bland with such low quality ingredients.

was sat at the 'community' table. this is just a regular table where you have to sit across from other strangers and stare at each other while you eat. bonus, when they leave, you get to sit with their dirty dishes. choose forced small talk you don't want, or sit in silence with everyone as uncomfortable as you.
at least at a bar (like snooze) you don't have to look every other patron in the face, watch them chew with their mouths open, or spit at your plate while they talk.
this seems deliberately unpleasant: solo patrons aren't going to spend enough to justify a real table and real service, they wish you'd leave, but won't actually refuse service. I left.

We had an excellent experience at First Watch. Our server, Michaela, was absolutely incredible, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. The food was really good and came out quickly, the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, and everything was very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, which really added to the overall experience. Great service, great food, and a place we’ll definitely be coming back to.

Love this place! Food is always great, staff is friendly and extremely positive! I recently developed a gluten sensitivity and they were so helpful in accommodating this change in life and made me some off menu gluten friendly French toast that is actually incredible!!! Highly recommend!
I ordered the tomato soup with basil (BEST EVER!), with a grilled ham and gruyere cheese sandwich. The food was so nourishing and tasty and enjoyable, I felt healthier when I was finished.
To top it off, we were gifted with the most awesome waitress, Klaire, who brought joy to our table, and smiles to our faces!
We are traveling from our home 2 days drive away, and we're definitely going to go back to First Watch again before we leave the area and head home!

I love coming here with my husband as a Celiac that eats gluten-free. This is one of my favorite places ever. I don't ever get sick and they are so accommodating and knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten-free I got the classic breakfast and the French toast which were so delicious with the gluten-free toast of course definitely going there again
