This goodtimes has never messed up before today and I’m not one to complain yet for some reason I can’t even call to see how they would fix the problem. Went thru the drive thru, got home, everything in the order was wrong. Not only is everything wrong but they charged me for a large meal and I didn’t even get that.

Today march 3rd, 2024 9:00pm. I’ve been to many other good times and this is probably the worse location I’ve been to so far. Starting with employees not making my order right and messing up my whole order . Mac and cheese with no cheese , burgers with missing ingredients , old soggy cheese curds, and gave us items we did not order. Stood in the drive through for about 15 minutes for our drinks that they forgot with my combos . They also were not using gloves as they handling my food which is pretty disturbing and I had to call them out on it and continued to have an attitude, when I asked about my receipt i ended up not getting one. When I called the store to let them know that they messed up my order they began to mock me over the phone. So at this point I just want my money back .

I've loved Good Times since I was a kid and visit the Colfax locations pretty frequently. Visited this Thornton location with my mom to pick up some bambino burgers which, of course, were delicious. I rarely write reviews but the lady working the window and intercom yesterday, February 27th at 4pm, was an absolute gem of a person. She was kindhearted, benevolent, and cheerful; she truly made an experience that stood out in all the best ways for something as simple as a drive-thru.Thank you and send my warmest regards to her! ?

Haven t had Goodtimes in over 10 years because of disappointment with the changes. The "coleman beef" was what made Goodtimes best of everyone, but then they changed the beef, buns, and toppings and put excessive amount of cheese on them now which also ruined it for me. Tried again and got with no cheese so it was tolerable. Still not original best and very expensive for simple fast food. To me, the double goodtime without cheese tasted no different than a Wendy's Daves double without cheese. Goes to show there's just no distinct flavor anymore at Goodtimes. As long as it is made right it's tolerable to eat here, the service made it worth it and making it fresh to order made it worth it(without request). Thanks?

The morning crew at this location are hands down the best!
Busy night and staff was super nice about the wait time so we didn't really mind. However when we got home both burgers were raw and there was so much sauce on one that it was made the whole thing soggy ? I wouldn't leave a review based on one bad experience but I also couldn't get ahold of anyone when I tried to call and get remade burgers so this was a last resort.

The guy taking orders through the drive thru rushed us after making us wait 10 minutes before he bothered taking our order. He was very unprofessional and seemed more interested in the four other guys working with him, laughing and joking when we pulled up to the window.

I have been to this location many times being that it is the closest to me, which is still not very close.It is always lacking in one area or another but the food has never been fresh or on point. I've never complained or written a review because I understand what it's like to work in the food industry. Tonight did it for me though. The food is not cheap and when made fresh and correctly upon order as it should be it is worth every dime, but when your greeted by someone in the drive thru that you can tell they either are having a horrible day or just plain hate their job I should have left then. I didn't and so I ordered my almost 50 dollars for 2 meal deals and the meat isn't cooked all the way it's cold and the whole hamburger is wet and soggy that's gross. The guy on the drive thru tried to ring my card twice and looked very miserable. It is cold outside I get it. Nobody wants to freeze at the drive thru window but if we weren't there to order food you would not have money to pay your bills let alone employees. I will not return to this location but I would definitely get some better management and quality control at this location ASAP before someone gets sick. The milk shake was even gross I don't know how you can mess up a milkshake but congratulations to this location and team that was there tonight they won that badge??????

Outside of serving real onion rings the burgers had ample meat but nothing spectacular in terms of a flavor differentiator.
