Ordered an açaí bowl which I always ask with no honey, employee was quieter de since entering and when asked for no honey she states it comes with honey… the honey was on top of the topping, clearly added. I had never had an issue with this request. Horrible customer service

All I have to say is if you have to be somewhere, like work for instance.. don’t come here. The service was not good.. I’ve never seen the lady that was here before but she was extremely slow and just not very welcoming. After the fact of all this the Açaí bowl I got is not good at all and I’m pretty upset I spent $13 on it for what I got. I usually go to Berry Blendz but they were closed today for some reason so I came here thinking it would be similar but it is not. Highly disappointed.

The girl working today with glasses and ponytail at 1230pm was alone in the shop. However, I watched her execute 8 orders all within a few mins. For this I will keep coming back. And 30/10 recommend this Jamba 😊 Thanks!

Been here multiple times and seems like whenever is not convenient for some employees they decide not to make certain juices. I talked to the manager multiple times and she’s amazing and clarified how they always have carrots to make carrot/orange juice. Well this is the 10th time I been here and one of the employees tells me that today she’s only making orange juice. Driving 20 plus minutes to get a drink for nothing. Very disappointed

This location is super fast, clean, friendly, and overall awesome. We stayed nearby at a hotel and went there every day.
Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews, maybe those people are just angry at life.
Managers gotta either lower prices and take in a smaller profit/bonus or keep prices high and go out of business. Their choice.
