This location does not read the orders that come online, I’ve had multiple orders messed up time and time again. Even small things such as bringing mayo packets they seem to forget even when reminded in the extra comments too. When it’s once or twice I get it mistakes happen but when it’s like 85% of the time you don’t do it it’s just laziness or they just don’t care. I would not go to this location save yourself some trouble because I will not be returning either

I bought 2 large catering bundles. They forgot the sides for one bundle. Spoke to Franchise Owner who apologized and ensured me a refund on my CC. I never got refund!!!

Not treating customers well and did say they're closed when they should be open.
Friday night 11/15/24 ordered for delivery. I live less than a mile away but waited over an hour and finally asked for a refund. The guy on the phone had an attitude. I have a migraine and just wanted some food but I'm not paying $32 for two small sandwiches that sat out for over an hour.

I ordered on the app and drove through the drive through to pick up. When I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong sandwich. I called back in to let them know so they could hopefully remake it quick since I was short on time and I would pick it up. The person who answered the phone said she’d need to speak to her manager but didn’t put me on hold. I then sat on the phone listening while they cussed me out and said I was probably scamming them. I was obviously upset because I wasn’t in the wrong. I understand mistakes happen and I was being patient and asked them to fix it. When I went back to pick it up, I was told the manager left for the day (at 3pm?) and that I couldn’t speak to anyone about how upset I was for being cussed at. I ended up calling the next day and spoke to the manager who was cussing about me and she basically doubled down and said they get scammed a lot. That still doesn’t justify cussing at a customer who didn’t want to eat a tuna sandwich when they ordered a vegetarian sub??? I filled out the JJs feedback and never heard anything or had any follow up so I’m assuming no one cares how unprofessional and rude their management is. Mistakes happen, but the only mistake I made was eating here.

Should be zero stars. Hours say open until 10 pm sat in the drive thru no one came on speaker. Drove to the front and went in . Everyone was cleaning and closing down asked if I could order they said ya asked why no one took my order in drive thru was told they were busy closing. This is at 7:30 pm. You need to hire new staff

Three employees walked by us several times without saying a thing. One guy came up and didn’t know how to work the cash register. The girl making sandwiches was just staring at us. The guy that didn’t know how to work the register went and got another guy that tried to get the girl to come over. She finally came over to help us and by that time we’d been in there for 13 minutes. Definitely not freaky fast.
The girl finally comes over and as we placed our order she tells me we have to put salt and pepper on our subs after they make them. How does a sub shop not have salt and pepper or mustard when making the sandwiches? Also as she was taking our order there were flies all over the place.. landing on her, landing on us.
Not the best experience.

I come here a lot in the evening on my way to work and most times things are fine. However, one day I got burnt bread that was so burnt that it dominated the taste of my sandwich. I tried making a complaint online but was told I need to reach out to the specific franchise, so here you go.
What made me write this review was what I saw tonight when ordering drive thru. The person at the window took my credit card but still had on his gloves from making sandwiches. He tried to barely touch the card, but eeeewwwww. Just take off the glove to touch the computer and people’s credit cards. How gross. I did not see him take off his glove after he handed the card back so I almost guarantee he made my sandwich or someone else’s with the glove that touched my germy credit card. Just plane insanitary. I work as a nurse. It’s not hard or time consuming to replace a glove.

They made me pay $3 for tap water after I paid for a bottle of water like I could have got ice and tap water myself for free. And $4 for a Root beer I never got.

There is absolutely no excuse for the absolute rudeness of the female manager with long blondish hair, glasses who worked the afternoon of August 2nd. Drive through woman - sweetheart. Manager, horrible and should not be representing any company or franchise name. Simply unacceptable

Placed a pick up order showed up 20 minutes later to an empty restaurant and they hadn't started the order. I guess Jimmy John's has a terrible system in place for ordering with the app since they all struggle to make the food in a timely manner.

I was helping my grandma out and went to pick up an online order for some sandwiches. I arrived around 5 minutes early. It was super windy out and the umbrellas they had started to fly all over the place. Genuinely fly. I told one of the ladies about the umbrellas and she mumbled some expletives before going out to grab the umbrellas. I didn't know whether or not to help her other than holding the door. She got just so mad it was concerning. I held the door for her and I thought she was going to start yelling at me for trying to help! I got a bit flustered after all that so I told the people inside to take their time and I would be back to pick up the sandwiches in about 5 minutes and I was just going to wait in my car. They ended up bringing my bag out to my car and I was very thankful for that. The sandwiches were great though! I always like their bread.
