After being at âthe courtsâ for my sonâs basketball game I wanted to take my family out to eat. Being that I used to work at the âGary and terry locationâ I know the company values and I now know I will never spend $53 on a family mean there ever again . Nathanial was the person who helped us. My issue is we got a 16 piece meal and instead of all my kids drinking soda we asked for water cups. His response is why I wonât waste my money when there is cheaper and better places . His response was âmy manager said we are not to give out water cups and we are not obligated to. It was that word OBLIGATED that made me almost walk out but my girlfriend decided to put her card in the machine. We had to explain to our kids to never spend their money with companies like that. This is why Iâm seeing the lines becoming less and less busy . Someone in corporate needs to to see whatâs really happening in the company. I was going to dine in but there is no way I was going to sit there and eat.

Second time we have ever been to this KFC. Food is decent. They forgot 1/2 of our order last time but the manager was nice and gave us what we ordered along with a cake. We decided to try again and we spent 60 dollars asked for sauce for our order the guy handed us a bag with 5 sauces. Thanks guy that will feed a few of us. Smh ordering that much chicken it would be nice to get a decent amount for our Family.

Each time keeps getting worst and I've seen employees giving free food to boyfriend and family members but we needed to wait 14 minutes for biscuits and longer for original chichen and the restaurant always dirty
Worst kfc ever!! We made an online order and when getting there weâre told to go wait in spot two my husband sat there for over 30 MINUTES waiting for our food to come and it never did! He then had to drive back through the drive through where they had the food the whole time!! When finally getting our food some of our order was missing! This isnât the first time this has happened either! Horrible staff poor customer service and slow delivery!! Donât go here!
