They charge you (a gross amount) for extra toppings and then don't add them. They take for ever for the simplest items, and the seating area was an afterthought, as it's tiny.

This is hands down the absolute best ice cream and treats in the city. Everything is homemade, and delicious!!! I particularly love the horchata. Mmmm!?

This is my second time coming here and unfortunately it was not much better than my first. My mangonada was very watery, nothing like the pictures they have on display. It lacked flavor, it needed some sweetness and maybe less chamoy, I'm not sure if all the chamoy is what watered it down. This is normally my favorite thing to order at Mexican snack stores so I was disappointed. My husband liked his horchata, though. The first time we went, we had dorinachos which were ok. Again, just felt like they needed a bit more flavor. I don't think I would return to this location after these two attempts.
