Given this location multiple chances and am always let down. From missing items, to being out of menu items, to rude staff. I know it’s a McDonalds the expectations should already be rock bottom but seriously.

The kids working here do the best they can. The problem, clearly, is upper management. I came in this morning around 630 am. There was one person up front and one person cooking. There were 2 of us inside and the line for drive through was around the block. Or would have been if the people weren't driving off to go to another restaurant. 24 mins for 2 coffees and one breakfast sandwich? I don't think so.

Ordered a quarter pounder and the hamburger was so dehydrated, dry, and disgusting, as if it's been sitting there for hours. I had to throw it away. That's not what a burger should taste like. Total waste of money.

What happened to McDonald's? It used to be a place where you got excellent service. They are probably one more bad experience away from losing my business for good. Stay away from this dying location. Its their customer service and stale food if any of management cares to know why this location is bad. Please get rid of the staff before getting rid of the McDonald's it has the classic arches that we love so much.

The girl who took my order was kinda rushing me, but the manager Eduardo was super polite and was quick to give great tasty food and he was well dressed it impressed me. I love the standard he had for himself that I could only imagine he raises that standard an example for his team. Great job.

I like going to Mc Donald’s for a tie me over between meals and also a fan of their breakfast. Today i came to this location for a fountain drink, cheese burger, hot and spicy, and fries. The drive thru was fast and the food was consistent. No complaints

Decided to dine in with my family and we struggled to find a place to seat in. All tables were dirty . We had to ask an employee to wipe down our table and she kindly did so. Though, before that, I believe she told her manager and that lady she talked to about the tables, later on walked in the lobby and gave me and my family a dirty look. It’s their duty to wipe down the tables. Very rude people except the lady that wiped our table.

I am writing to express serious and ongoing concerns about the quality of service and management at the McDonald’s located at 104th and Huron in Thornton, CO. The issues at this location have gone beyond occasional mistakes and now reflect a pattern of poor leadership and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The management at this store is clearly failing. Orders are frequently incorrect, with missing items being a regular occurrence. When these mistakes are brought to the attention of staff, the response is often dismissive or apathetic. There is a complete lack of accountability or effort to resolve problems.

Additionally, the food served at this location is consistently cold, stale, and poorly prepared. This is not just disappointing—it’s unacceptable from a global brand that prides itself on consistency and customer experience.

It is clear that this location is suffering from mismanagement and a lack of oversight. I urge corporate to take immediate action to retrain or replace the management team and implement quality control measures before more loyal customers are driven away permanently.
