i love it here so much, the ice cream is always so good and not expensive at all. Me and my dad go here all the time and the costumer service here is great! The pepole who work here are so nice to, im gonna try to bring more of my family over to here soon!!

I do like this place the snacks are very good and not overpriced like some places. but one thing I would change is the customer service. One of the ladies that was taking my order was rude I said thank you a few times after receiving my food even in Spanish but she never said anything back. I even left a pretty good tip. Please be nice to your paying customers or they will go elsewhere

The food is good but not the customer service. We went today 04/23/23 at around 9pm. My friend, my sister and I and we were waiting to get help. The lady that was helping seem like she did not want to help us because she went straight to the people behind us but then her co worker told her we were next. We ask for two ice cream cones with two different flavors of ice cream and she got upset because we asked for different flavors. I then order a an elote en vaso and after that we went straight to the line to pay the cashier. Once paying I told the very nice man that it was an elote and an ice cream cone because my friend was paying hers separate. And all of a sudden the lady from the other side of the store screamed at the cashier that it was two cones. I didn’t say anything and just payed everything, even added a tip (not for her service but for the nice cashier), together because he added it to my tab and my friend just sent me her part. First she didn’t want to help us and then she treated us like if we were gonna steal. That is just not right and that is why I put the date and time so they can see what employee it was.

The man the checked us out was very nice however there was a lady that was so rude and acted like we the costumers were inconveniencing her and was just very rude the whole time I think the food is great but the service was not good for the most part

My family and I love heading over to Paleteria La Loteria any time for a snack. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. My husband cannot eat sugar, so he always asks for the fruit smoothie with plain fruit and water and they have never hesitated in changing it for him. My daughters also love their freshly made ice cream. We love this warm-great energy and vibes ice cream shop and will keep visiting it as long as we can. We have never had a bad experience ever! Totally recommend it 100%.
