I didnt go inside so I only went thru the drive thru. I ordered 6 cinnamon bagels and only 1 toasted with cream cheese. When he handed me the order he told me 6 toasted bagels, I told him only 1 was to be toasted. He took them back and was very nice about exchanging them, however they were terrible. No crunch and burnt on the bottom. Their bagels use to be delicious! What happened?

The food is good, but not really worth the price you pay for it. Ordered some soup but they forgot the baguette. By the time I went back to ask for it the line was back to the door and didn't even bother the one guy working the register.

I ordered a bowl of soup and a cup of Mac n cheese and it took 18min in the drive through. Multiple people drove up, went in, ordered, got their food and left all after I paid. They only do the drive through when no one is in the store. I’ve never gone to this drive through and been there less than 15min waiting. I would understand if I ordered a sandwich or something that needs made but I only ever order two soups. This is the only Panera drive through I’ve been to this bad and it has been like this every visit. At this point, it would take the same amount of time to drive to the one across town.

2 stars overall due to cleanliness. The place was FILTHY. Not talking about trash or dirty tables - the very WALLS had smeary filth all over them. It obviously hasn't been cleaned properly in forever. Disgusting, Panera... You can do better!
EDIT: visited again a few days later, no change. General Manager Sean Goldy, you really should DO SOMETHING about your staff. This place is gross 🤢

I wouldn’t even give one star. I had tried to place an order online but upon arriving it wasn’t working. I pulled into the drive through and it processed so I let them know and they agreed to see me at the 1st window. However, the lady told me that rapid pickup was inside and was aggressive and rude. This occurred at 12:51PM on Jan 27. I also got wrong sizes of food, and none of my beverages. I stared inside and waited. Five minutes passed and she hadn’t come to window no matter how many times we made eye contact. Not to mention, she had AirPods in the whole time which is very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I was forced to honk. She opened the window heard what I said and didn’t say anything giving it to me or receiving my request. Bad experience. This lady had dark hair, and needs to learn more on customer service.
Horrible service!!!! The cashiers have a terrible attitude towards serving, they see you standing there and they don't even say "hello, give me a moment", nothing!!! A shame because the food and atmosphere are good, the cashier with glasses is terrible!!!

Very strange menu to navigate. Pick two " doesn't mean for the price listed on that line. It's not really a deal. Nothing to say that breakfast isn't served or available after "x:x" time. Sandwiches were dry and took almost 10 minutes even though there was only 1 order in Front of us. Not a fan.
