Filthy and rude.We decided not to eat in because there was not one table that was clean and they are trying to freeze people out with the AC. Went over and asked if they could make it to go instead of for here after all. The look. It was as if I was speaking a different language. Then I heard, after I explained 2 more times to continued glares, all about how they just finished plating it. Cool. So....Update: Got to our destination to eat, order is wrong, forks are dirty. 3.8 stars for a reason. Food is good.

I thought this was a sandwich shop, not a breakfast restaurant. I ordered a soup and half sandwich.. I asked for a sausage and egg sandwich as part of my sandwich and soup order. I was told they "don't serve breakfast after 11am".. So I asked for an egg salad sandwich and was told we don't sell egg salad sandwiches. Fine. whatever. I went with the tuna. Not what I wanted, but whatever. The sandwich was mostly mayonnaise.. not much tuna... and the soup was cold.17 BUCKS. Really?? NOT happy and won't EVER be back.

I enjoy going there for coffee or hot chocolate and pastries it's comfortable and you don't have to worry about interruptions with waitstaff because there are none.

got the Margherita pizza but all it had was sauce and tomatoes and cheese. the tomatoes weren't even cut up and they forgot to add basil. tasted very bland, i could have made a better flatbread pizza. plus the walls were super dirty inside the restaurant.

At this place, we ordered an order and we’re waiting at the window for 20 minutes. It was really inconvenient considering we have to feed our family, and we had other food in the car. They gave us complimentary items, but that doesn’t make up for the bad service. I don’t want anyone else to deal with what we dealt with

Ordered cup chx noodle soup at the drive through. When i opened it up it was all broth with 2 noodles...no chx no veggies! 6.99...are you kidding me...this place sucks!

They should shut those locations down for training. Second time I order a you pick two. First time, they give me the wrong soup. I don’t find out til I’m home, and I call. Person I speak to brushes it off with “that soup is good too.”This time, same You Pick 2 with baguette. I see my order being made. They put chips in the bag. Then they call the wrong last name. So by chance it isn’t mine, I leave it. No tag, so about 10 min later, an employee different than the one who packs it asks me “are you waiting on a Mac and cheese and a broccoli cheddar soup?” I tell her it should be chicken noodle. They have none. I literally get asked: there’s only broth. No chicken or noodles. Still want the soup?”
