Horrible!!! So upset!! We spend so much money for food these days and this pizza tasted like it’s been sitting out for 2 days! Cold, flavorless… just gross! It’s sad how some establishments allow their business to be ran! Smh!

We waited 40 minutes past our estimated pick up time with no real updates on why it was taking so long just told to hold on a minute… also no one is wearing gloves while touching the food that they are also pulling up their pants 🤢

They sent me the order by doordash and I had to go 400 meters to bring my order, the pizza was raw it had no ingredients bad service they told me that they would give me a credit that I never to place the order again

With this location I’ve really only had the problem with them cutting my pizza into squares. Called about it in the past and was told to call after placing order online to make sure they do so, never been cut in squares ever. But recently did not receive my soda. Told by the delivery driver maybe it was out of stock. Called store they were not out, delivery driver lied and forgot my soda. But all this place said was that I can come pick it up or they can give me credit. FYI no Pizza Hut gives credit, they just say this to get you off the phone. And in the past when they were out of that soda they would call and ask if I wanted a sub. So definitely delivery driver.

My Pizza was not prepared the way I ordered it. Did not receive the extra peperoni I ordered. The person who gave me my order started she would credit my account but still havd not seen it?
I ordered online, a double pepperoni Hawaiian pizza with a supreme pizza. The supreme came cooked and fresh. The other pizza was not only undercooked, but also I got no pepperoni and half pineapple cheese pizza. I'm not happy I won't be going there again. Spent 60 dollars on two large pizzas. They are mediums.

Didn’t get all of our order and when we called back we got a call center that told us to keep calling till the store answered. All night no answer. What is the point of a call center if they can’t help you.

Ordered pizza and the four pack soda deal. But only half the order got delivered. When I stated we were missing our sauce and soda he gave me a dirty look and said, “I don’t know English.” I perfect English! No accent. Then he walked away and said , “I delivered what they gave me.” Again in perfect English! So my husband calls the store and talked to a lady who said she’d have it delivered to us immediately. My husband later gets a call stating we owe them another $31 for the second delivery. When he said it wasn’t a second order it was to complete an order already paid for; the manager said he doesn’t see any such order and to contact corporate and door dash. Mind you, we didn’t use door dash! We ordered from the Pizza Hut app!!! So we’re out $10! This isn’t the first time either! But this will be the last time. I’d give 0 stars if I could! Poor customer service and management. I have deleted the app and will not order there again!
