I'm a German beer guy. You can't do better than Prost for German style pilsners, lagers, Helles, and Kolsh. I'm not a wheat or dark beer drinker so I can't talk to those but what I do like, they have, and they brew it well. Overall, a nice piece of Germany in Colorado.
I like the Vienna lager I give the beer five stars. But the price is a bit otherworldly. There is no breakdown price on beer. A pint X 4 is the same. Weird.
Beer was great! Food and and atmosphere was good. A little loud and bar seemed unorganized but line moved fast. Service was great ?.
Our new neighborhood favorite!Beer, wine and cocktails available. Their selection of food is great with a German flair.
Love the atmosphere, drink options and the Reuben and Pretzel are Fantastic!!
I visited the new Prost Brewing in Northglenn this past Sunday for an event my business partner and I hosted. We had the most fantastic experience! Not only are the drinks amazing (I highly recommend the tangerine seltzer and the espresso martini), food was delicious, atmosphere lively, but staff was friendly and super easy to work with as well. We really appreciated management working with us to host our event here! We will absolutely be back!!!

This is a bittersweet review. I have been a fan of Prost for years and used to frequent their original brewery when I lived in Denver. As a new homeowner in Northglenn, I was stoked to hear that they were building their new headquarters nearby. I anxiously awaited their opening and was in awe of their previously unavailable menu. We have now been in a few times, and each time, the food has been an overpriced disappointment. The most frustrating part is that it is so close to being good, but each time something is off and manages to ruin it. Poutine with cold, hard cheese curds and lukewarm gravy. Over cooked, dry schnitzel. Reuben with skimpy portions all around. I truly hope that they can get their kitchen in order as this place is otherwise awesome and has so much potential!
Food was okay and beer was good. My ears are still bleeding, so loud ! I hope they do well, but I won't be going back .
I'm not a beer drinker, so it's tough for me to give a full review. That said, the brewing process was super impressive. The beer was pretty good as beer goes, and the food was very good, if also a bit pricey. And the staff were great!

Redemption, not offered very often anymore. Previous trip to Prost very disappointing. Second chance well worth it, everybody has bad days, today was a good day to be at Prost.?
Absolutely impressive place and atmosphere, great food selection, upscale features. At 7.50 a pint, you're paying to drink the beer at their location, not really for the beer itself. Beer is good though but I'll probably not go here as often as I'd like to.If you're reading this, please seriously consider installing sound deadening panels. Too many hard surfaces..
Great atmosphere, great beer & food! Not all German beer which was great! Fun for kids and adults!
We have been to other Prost Breweries and are excited there is one now located on the north end of town. Like other reviews mentioned it is loud and busy on Friday nights (not a bad thing, but it might be hard for younger kids or people with sensory issues). Beer and food were good, and I would compare this location to the location in Highlands Ranch. My only complaint is that prior to coming on a busy Friday night I contacted their event planner. We were having a party and there were going to be at least 20 of us. I contacted them in January, about 4 weeks before we were planning to attend, and was told they do not do reservations Thursday through Sunday. Fine, I get it since they are busy, but we get there (over an hour early to secure a table before everyone else arrives) and in multiple locations, 1 table downstairs and then 2 long tables upstairs, there are reserved signs on the table. It was frustrating. I would have had no problem pre-paying or putting down a deposit. Honestly, we would have invited more people but once we knew there was no reservation system, I did not send out any additional invitations. Other than that, I would totally recommend the brewery as a fun new addition to the area. It will be nice once the weather is warmer, and the outdoor tables are more consistently usable.
This place is so cool! Great for brining kids with areas to walk around and roam.
