We had never eaten here before and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The chicken is better than we expected, much better. The fry is just right, not too much, not too little. It is especially good for a fast-food place. The service has been great with every visit - young people hopping to it, working quickly and efficiently, zipping and zooming around behind the counter. They are always polite and courteous in their interactions with me. The fries are not quite crisp enough for my taste, but I like the coleslaw, and the Texas Toast is just right.

A week ago I was introduced to Raising Cane's. We went in side to eat. The food was great, and the portions were just right. Today we went through the drive through. We waited forever in line got the food and went home. The fries were cold and hard. They were a lot smaller then the fries we had inside. The chicken pieces were smaller as well but tasted great. Total disappointment.

Went through the drive thru during non busy hours. I received my food and receipt but not my card. When I asked him for it I was told he gave it to me. I explained he never gave it back. 2 other workers then proceeded to accuse me of having it. I explained again that I was not given it back. Finally another worker comes over looks down and says “ Oh it’s because it’s on the ground”. Then they proceeded not to help bur to tell me I needed to move my car forward to be able to get my card. I had to ask the worker to make sure the vehicle behind me didn’t move forward and block me from getting my card from the road. Not once was there an apology or a helpful person. I understand that things happen but first to be accused of me having my card and then when they realized that they dropped it not to get an apology or assistance is ridiculous. I wouldn’t be upset if they had just acknowledged that they did it but I was treated as if I was wrong. My daughter and I frequently come to Canes to eat but after this experience I think we are going back to Chick-fil-A

Although I love Cane’s, I had multiple bad experiences in this location. The service is just horrible. After two times before having either very little fries in my order, or very tiny chicken fingers (much smaller than what they have normally), yesterday I had an order that had some tiny chicken fingers and missing the bread. I decided to drive back to let them know how the order came and it is missing bread. The girl’s response (not sure if she is the manager but she was wearing green/blue shirt) was really unprofessional, she just said I will give you a bread that is all I can do. I definitely refused that and told her that is totally unacceptable and that I had to drive back again because of their mistake not having bread on top of having tiny chicken and now my meal is cold. She still said she can only provide a bread. I got pissed and told her calmly I ordered a hot meal so I need a normal hot meal with the bread, and she eventually gave me what I asked. I don’t think I will get cane’s again from this location given the deteriorating quality and the horrible service. So unfortunate!

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, toilet overflowing with urine and feces. Toilet paper all over the floor. Looked like it has never been swept or mopped. Sinks disgusting, mirror had something smeared all over

Avoid this location!! They don’t really care about customer service there - I ordered a box combo meal and all four strips were quite smaller than normal. I was thinking maybe they would provide an extra one to make up for the smaller pieces or provide a discount for a future visit. Unfortunately, the mgr said that’s just what you get! So I’ll avoid this one!! The one further north is better!!
