This is our favorite pho place up here in Thornton. It has never disappointed us once. Tonight we had Duc as a server and he was phenomenal. His service was literally above and beyond. He was so pleasant and prompt with everything. My little made a little bit of the mess with noodles and I was trying to clean it up and he made sure I knew that he had it and I didn’t have to clean it.
My partner made sure to get his name so that we could sit in his section the next time we come.

The food is great, it comes out quickly but is still delicious and hot everytime. My only issue is they put P for peanuts so small I couldn’t see it. And in the details for the food did not describe peanuts…please be aware of that. Small or large allergy it’s still a risk. And could have ingested it. But great otherwise!

Saigon basil food is good service is horrible! The lady at the front has messed up my order several times! I simply asked her to make sure that my spring rolls were inside the bag! And she proceeded to give me attitude! All because we wanted to make sure that our food was actually there, we come on our lunch hour do There is no way to come back a second time because they mess up the order! And again we placed an order for two combination plates with spring rolls, and the lady brings out one spring roll and one combination so now we have to wait again for them to make another combination because she doesn’t listen Correctly! Then, as I am walking out when they finally fix my order, the lady tells me I hope you have a better day! And laughed in my face!

Neighborhood fave and imo the best pho in the Denver metro, and everything else I’ve tried on their menu has been phenomenal as well.
This is our go to place for Vietnamese takeout. We enjoy the 92 (Saigon appetizer platter) and a small 10 (rare steak and well done brisket) for our family of five. We have leftovers.

With about 45 minutes until closing, my partner and I would have appreciated being offered to-go options or more transparency if they couldn’t accommodate us.
We were rushed us as soon as we sat down, with the server saying the kitchen closed at 9:30, which you’d think they’d align better with their operating hours and after delivering the food, the server didn’t check in to see if we needed anything else. After we declined a to-go box as we were just about done, she stated she needed to start cleaning the table. When she began removing our dishes with food still on them, we immediately left.
Meanwhile, it was frustrating to see larger groups of four or more allowed to remain seated and linger without pressure, yet we were hurried. They should reconsider their hours rather than provide unwelcoming and ill-mannered service.
