I had to come here because the Santiago’s near me temporarily shut down. The lady in the window was short with ordering and then slammed the window on me right as I was about to give her my change. Total was $12.51 so I wanted to give her a penny so that I wouldn’t get all this change back. Once she opened the window, I let her I know I was trying to give her change but she refused to exchange my penny saying that she shut the register already. Okay, maybe you’re having a bad day but no need to treat people like that. The food isn’t to the standards where I would go out of my way again just to get treated poorly.

This is a drive-thru Santiago. Closed on Sunday and Monday. Reasonable price.

Breakfast burrito sign says choice of x,x,x meats but when ordering its (meat of the day only?)

I’ve been coming here since I was a child, only today have I had a bad experience, cashier gave me attitude, older than me at that, and I got up charged. 10+ dollars for two breakfast burritos. Egg and potato no meat. And she tried to tell me the breakfast burritos were 5 something each, did yall raise prices ? because I have never had to pay that much before.

Picked up 2 burritos, a bean and beef and a breakfast sausage, as I ate the breakfast sausage burrito. I noticed there was no sausage, took it back only had 2 bites out of it, and told manager there was no sausage in this. She said, that's the way they come. She says, I will give you another one. And of course, she's like, well, you have to give me that burrito first, and I'll give you a new! 😱 So she gives me a new burrito, and it's the same version of the first burrito, and I was a little offended that she took the first burrito, I already took 2 bites, just so she can throw it away. I wasn't trying to get an extra burrito, but the fact of the matter is, there was such minimal sausage you couldn't taste it or even see it. You get what you pay for. Looking forward to more competition in the burrito world.

Wonderful! The food is so delicious. I usually order a handheld burrito with bean and cheese Chili's in hot chili. Their burritos can use more filling they're really small and they could be a little messy on the outside. When you unwrap the foil to eat the burrito it has chili all over so it's a mess. So when I asked for a handheld burrito I might need to get more napkins and maybe a plate with a fork. But other than that I absolutely like Santiago's always delicious food.

It’s unfortunate, I must write this review. I’ve been coming to this Santiago’s for many, many years and have been very satisfied. However, the last few times haven’t been so good. The last few times my stomach started to hurt after eating, each time I told myself it’s because I ordered hot, and it just didn’t jive with my stomach. With that said, each time I feel the quantity/quality of food and less and less, as well as the flavor. The customer service has gone downhill for a long time as well, I can’t believe I asked for a green chili bowl and the response I received was “you want what”, I repeated myself and again the response was “what do you mean”, once I again I repeated myself and the response I received was “you want a green chili plate or what”, two different items on the menu. This last time I order a side of guacamole (that is $4.00 for a very small amount), and it was disgusting and had already turned black. I really wish the old unrude Santiago’s would come back. As for now, I will not be going back for a long time because Tamale Kitchen and Chubby’s doesn’t upset my stomach, and I get good customer service.
