Never had an issue with this starbucks till today I went in ordered a grande caramel machiatto and when I brought it to the person I ordered it for the cup was only half full! And on top of that the male that was taking my order today did not have the best customer service!!

Normally love this location. Generally it's our favorite one because the staff is usually great! However, today was a terrible experience. Angela told us a drink wasn't available when it in fact was. I ordered something else abs the entire cup is basically ice. And yes, I know the difference between regular ice and light ice, but there is so much ice in this cup that my drink was gone in literally 5 sips. I paid over $5 for a cup of ice.

This is my favorite Starbucks anywhere, and that is because of the staff. Cheyenne especially is a lovely person, remembers your order and has an uncanny ability to sense when you are having a challenging morning, by brightening it up with her cheerfulness and maybe even putting a ‘you’re amazing’ sticker on your order. I am a delivery driver and came to Starbucks to use the restroom and get something to warm me up. I was told I had to order before I was able to use the restroom and get a code. At that location you are not allowed to use the restroom until you purchase something. Very rude.

$8+ coffee only for starbucks to ignore everything and not even send a white mocha. Luckily delivery service fully refunded but whoever is working orders today 8/10/23 are lazy! Make what is ordered!!Plain coffee, no whip no cinnamon no extra shot and definitely not white mocha ??

The baristas at this location have no idea of what they're doing, I asked for a white chocolate mocha and the barista didn't even bother mixing the ingredients together I wish I would have taken a picture of it, no money back no Apology, instead they laughed at my reaction and as I walked aways they cynically said "Thank you!"
