This is my favorite and only Starbucks I will go to. The employees are always the absolute sweetest and make amazing drinks! I will go out of my way to make sure I get a coffee from this location. Thank you for everything!!

I just went through the drive-thru here and The barista that took my order had excellent customer service and then when I pulled around to pick up my coffee, they looked like they were having fun and enjoying their job and due to the snow melting the dripping snow water was hitting the ledge at the window and splashing in my face, and the barista noticed and immediately came over, put a towel down, so it would stop the ricochet and laughed and said that she had to stop it from splashing in the face and it was just a very kind, friendly experience! Great Service! Thank you ?

Worst Starbucks service by the manager Killie! They made me come three time to get a summer drink as first they were out of straws next time out of pearls. Rachel one of the employee left a note for a free drink next time which Killie rudely said no for on my third trip. Super bad service. Extremely annoyed. On the app it shows it’s available but after waiting in line for so long they said some or the other thing is missing.

Okay this just tastes like coffee with whipped cream this is the most disgusting Starbucks I've ever had I don't know if they're not putting caramel in these anymore but I had to go next door into the Walmart and buy some caramel mix it in there. I'm now going to seek out other coffee shops to give me a boost when I'm tired driving. I work hard these things I'm not cheap come on this is slap in the face when I spend my hard earned money. I dont see any sort of attempt to add any sort of caramel flavoring
