I was completely thrown off at the look of this starbucks. I asked about the look of it, and they said there had been some sort of converted storage Area. I felt bad for the workers in there because it was a tiny little space.And there was absolutely no appeal.The outside looked like you'd be getting dirty food.And second rate beverages. Made me wonder how they could use the starbucks name. It was a drive through only, and I was after a copy

This is my favorite Starbucks EVER!!!! The staff is super friendly, even when they are visibly short staffed the line always goes fast. I appreciate their positive mood, and willingness to help and answer questions when needed. Thank you for your hard work.

Went in this morning 8/29 about 640am and the lady in the window was so rude! Talked to me like I was stupid and I don’t know why but this location always try’s to NOT give you the simple things like a sleeves, stoppers, napkins. Annoying that you have to even ask for those type of things.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Don’t order more than 3 drink and don’t show up early for a mobile order - they apparently get attitudes! Making your customers circle the drive thru multiple times because YOU decided they were last priority is a problem. Tipped 10 dollars for some girl to roll eyes and laugh at her customers when they ask a question.
Been going to this Starbucks for years and I will NOT be back. With a Starbucks on every corner I’m sure I’ll find better customer service elsewhere.

The staff here is super friendly and every time I have been through the drive thru they look like they are really enjoying their job, I have always had great service and interaction with them. Drinks and food has always been spot on. Great job!!!

This is not the first time I stop by and get my drinks !! They give me the wrong drink ! When I call them ! They offer me a refund or replacement! Which I was ok with that but when I get to the Starbucks the manager ! Angel give me attitude and she ask for both of the drinks they give me wrong! I told them I just have one of them and she ask to make sure the drink was full ! Thanks that I have that drink ! In my opinion she should not take any drink back for safety! But she give attitude! She was so rude and told me not to come back again !!! In my opinion she don’t need to be manager for costumer instead to solo problems she make it worse!!
