Went through drive-thru. Guy taking the order was rude as hell and rushed me through my order. I ended up only getting one thing because he didn't want to take the rest of my order. The guy who took my payment was a little nicer however and answered my questions. Just sad that I couldn't even order because they rush now.

I ordered the #2 but didn't want the drink. The young man kept asking me if it was the 3 tacos supreme that I wanted and I kept telling him, "yes please" When I paid, he gave me a cup for my drink. The food was great and I had extra to bring home.

They gave me empty crunch wraps, and then when they realized they forgot the meat they just put the meat in a container and threw it in the bag. And they didn’t even give me the right meat. They threw a different meat in the bag. That’s not even what my receipt says.

30 min wait for 4 items. Only got 3 items and had to wait longer for them to make the 4th item. The management obviously doesn't care to make this a better location. It's on a busy road and is consistently slow. Staff this place better!!

Terrible terrible time, ordered online since I have a newborn. Showed up and no one answered the speaker so I proceeded inside where I was ignored for about 7 minutes. Not wanting to waste my money I tried the speaker again where they had me come in YET AGAIN. After standing there for about 4 minutes I was FINALLY acknowledged by a nice gentleman named Connor. Connor did everything from that moment to make sure my order was completed promptly and to his best ability. May be a crappy crew but THANK YOU Connor (shaved head, about 5’6 who was having a rough day himself). You outshined your crew and company polices coming from an ex Taco Bell employee

When I review this place my review gets removed. This is a fast food business yet it takes over 40 minute wait.., 4 cars ahead of me and I ordered 4 meximelts. Ridiculous especially since you are locked in the drive thru.
I mean what can be said about going to a fast food joint these days in and out right? No sir wrong. First off this needs to be joined up with the app review. I've never thought to download an app for anything but today I was like let's try this new age world of fast food apps. Well I didn't mean for taco bell to set the bar but oh boy. I ordered food at about 1230pm. I took my time and mind you it's a 5min drive from me No eta was given that I noticed. Just order received status. So I went to Dollar store on the way spent about 20min there. Finally got to restaurant and being my first time using the app I saw a line for the drive thru and I went in. Didn't see my number near the online shelf. I checked the status and it still said ln progress. So I tried to wave an employee down but seemed like I had small pox or something cause all staff ignored me. I sat down and 15min later was able to talk to it wasn't clear if he was a Mgr or what but I asked about my order. He took my name and didn't say anything just disappeared into the ether of the kitchen. 15min later my name was called. Well the app I ordered and was charged for the taco upgrade to supreme but none were. The app asked me for a count on taco sauce but none were even put in the bag. So the self help kiosk and that was torn thru. Whomever is the Mgr or is trained/allowing these employees to treat their customer base with such distain is such a horrible business ethos. Seriously wtf happened to customer service. All this technology and makes everyone a robot and a number for consumption. What a horrific experience all together. If this is the new world way of becoming we are all doomed if we should allow this to be service. Close this location and try again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSTTTTTTTTT taco bell ive ever been to in my 50 years of life. they never have ANYTHING in stock, employees are SOOOOOO RUDE. and the drive thru?!? can’t even leave without having to wait in line and pass the windows. always has a long wait time as well. don’t even bother. whoever is running this needs to be fired, or this store should just be closed down in general.

I got sick. It was sometime in the last week. The beans smelled like baby poop.. I thought I was imagining things, but I got sick. How does it happen??? Very very bad thing to do making people sick. The older- ish white guy with no teeth at the window was super nice, though. I would go there just because him. It's hard to find anyone nice these days. But I don't think I want to be getting sick. It's too bad. I would go out of my way to go to this taco bell. Not anymore.
