I love Texas Roadhouse ! I’ll be back but definitely not to this location. I was sat with my family of four in the area where the employees are taking their lunch breaks while every other customer was set in the dining room. When I asked the manager why she couldn’t explain, she just said she understands why it’s concerning. Then their sign says margaritas to go and when I tried to take meals of a margarita to go the manager on duty took it out of my hands at the front door. Either poor customer service or super racist, which one ?

Brandi was awesome. She was on it. Even tho she was getting a little busy behide the bar. She helped everyone. She's a keeper.

Came in tonight and had Liz. When we got our food the kabobs were very fatty and had hardly any meat on about 1/3 of them. When I was almost 1/2 way done eating she kept rushing us asking if we wanted a box, I finally said yes so she would let me visit with my company, finish eating and stop interrupting our meal. When she came around again asking if we wanted dessert we said no and I boxed the remaining 1/2 of my food as it was obvious she was rushing us and the table next to us so she could take a big party. We still had 1/2 our drinks left and being frozen margaritas you can only drink them so fast. Few mins go by and she asks if we need help using the kiosk to pay or need change and we told her no. When we asked about a charge because last three times we came in we were only charged $5 for the margaritas and not the original price, she was very snotty and said had we wanted those we could ask. She was so rude and in a hurry I couldn’t enjoy my food, drink or company!
I always tip 20-30% but not today. Do better Liz! We had to wait for our food and then you just rushed us and the table next to us who we overheard complain about being rushed by you as well. Not the 5 star experience we usually get at this location.

Took my husband out for a nice dinner Saturday night. He wanted Texas Roadhouse as for us that is a TREAT having 2 babies under 2. We arrive about 4:30 put my name on the list told about 20 minutes wait, no problem! 40 minutes pass before we are sat. Saturday night though it’s busy as expected so no big deal. Our waiter comes and takes our drink order and we order a cactus blossom. Our waiter lets us know our promo going on is if you buy any ribeye 18 oz or larger the cactus blossom is free.
My husband gets excited as he never gets a steak like that lol, so he orders the 20 oz bone in ribeye. Dinner comes and the food was alright, I would rather have had Saltgrass personally, but it was alright. Once our food was sat down we didn’t see our waiter again the rest of our meal though.
I pull up our check on the table kiosk and my jaw drops when I see our 2 steaks and a kids plate and a soda cost me over $100.
I waited 15 minutes for the waiter to finally come back around, when he does I ask why the cactus blossom was still a charge on my bill (we ordered a 20oz ribeye) I thought it would be taken off. Our waiter rudely responded “Well it doesn’t include bone in ribeyes. That’s what you got. Do you want a manager or what?”
That was never made clear, when he said 18oz or bigger and on the menu the ribeyes go to 16 then 20oz nowhere is there an 18oz one 🙃🙃 anyways just bit the bullet and paid the bill.
Needless to say we will not be returning here. Find some better staff with some manners and figure y’all’s stuff out.. very dissatisfied Brighton location is much much better.
We came in and they let us wait for a wild and we saw a lot of servers walking and just talking to each other and when we got a table it was all dirty

Receive pre eaten rolls in my to go order on Valentine’s Day and my Salmon meal also had pre eaten bread inside.
It was very disgusting and I probably won’t return. I don’t know what happened but I’m grossed out !!!
