Great service Took my mom there tonight for dinner and the our waiter John was amazing he was attentive friendly cute helpful fast. Comped our potato skins cause of the wait which wasn’t that bad, he had to go boxes ready without asking refills, even lids for the butter and sauces. He helped with a gift card even gave me a quarter to help scratch off the pin number on the back. He was busting his butt all night we were impressed with his attitude

Food was fresh, steaks cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and to that point, all was great. Biggest drawback was the noise level. It was off-the-chart loud; you could not have any conversation at the table. The happy birthday show the servers perform is distracting and at the very least, annoying. But I guess that's their thing. For me, I will continue to visit Longhorn, where it is quieter and a bit higher quality.

First off the steak and ribs were delicious but I was very disappointed with the chili and the customer service of the establishment. Me and another person ordered the chili and it came out cold not only that but it had a lot of cartilage. The pieces were very chewy and unpleasant. Rarely did i scoop a spoon with tender meat. I addressed this to the waiter and all he said was I’m sorry I’ll let the kitchen know. I then brought it to the attention of the manager and he just said the same thing instead of offering some form of compensation, although I let him know how it made me feel ill. I am just honestly frustrated and upset because I feel that my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

We came to celebrate 2 birthdays. Called hrs ahead, prepared the party to be on time, we were told our tables for a party of 18 would be ready… well they weren’t and we were a bit frustrated. The manager Cassandra swooped in, apologized for the mix up, explained the situation. She was extremely professional, considerate and caring. She had no excuses and only provided a solution. Things happen, restaurants are busy, but to have a manager be so kind and helpful was a breath of fresh air. And the service at tables were amazing. Thank you TR staff and a special thanks to Cassandra!! She should train everyone. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Came here a few days before my birthday expecting to use a birthday appetizer coupon. We told our server ahead of time and ordered the Cactus Blossom, which unfortunately had a long hair in the dip. The waitress replaced the dip, but when it came time to pay, we were told the birthday coupon was “already used”, turns out it was last year’s coupon. We were told I’d get a new one closer to my birthday, but nothing was comped or adjusted, not even the appetizer with the hair. The experience left a sour taste and felt poorly handled.
