Great service Took my mom there tonight for dinner and the our waiter John was amazing he was attentive friendly cute helpful fast. Comped our potato skins cause of the wait which wasn’t that bad, he had to go boxes ready without asking refills, even lids for the butter and sauces. He helped with a gift card even gave me a quarter to help scratch off the pin number on the back. He was busting his butt all night we were impressed with his attitude
Food was fresh, steaks cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and to that point, all was great. Biggest drawback was the noise level. It was off-the-chart loud; you could not have any conversation at the table. The happy birthday show the servers perform is distracting and at the very least, annoying. But I guess that's their thing. For me, I will continue to visit Longhorn, where it is quieter and a bit higher quality.
We came to celebrate 2 birthdays. Called hrs ahead, prepared the party to be on time, we were told our tables for a party of 18 would be ready… well they weren’t and we were a bit frustrated. The manager Cassandra swooped in, apologized for the mix up, explained the situation. She was extremely professional, considerate and caring. She had no excuses and only provided a solution. Things happen, restaurants are busy, but to have a manager be so kind and helpful was a breath...
